I've been to this store twice to try and sell my Xbox. The first time they said I needed to bring a…read morecontroller to test it so they couldn't buy it. Why would a store that sells and buys console, games, controllers, etc, not have a test controller in order to test consoles and games? It makes no sense. The second time I went there I had brought a controller for them to use. Then they said it was turning on but it wasnt displaying on the screen. They pulled out another cord that they called the "test cord". The worker told me that "if this cord doesn't work then we know it's the Xbox because this is the test cord." They then told me it must be my console's HDMI port that is broken. The last time I used it, it was working just fine. So, I go home and the first thing I do is plug in the Xbox to test it myself. The console starts up just fine and starts displaying on my screen just fine. NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CONSOLE! I called the store and told them that I just got home and tested the Xbox myself and it was working just fine and told me I would have to come back tomorrow and try again. So now I've drove all the way through town on two separate occasions to try and sell the Xbox at their store and the expect me to do it a third time! Both times ended with me leaving the store upset and confused.

Huge mistake. When we got ready to install the appliances, we realized that the dryer was used. The store and website both claim that their items are "New. Never used". I returned to the store one time with photos of lint in the lint filter and other evidence that the dryer had been used. We did hook up the dryer and found that the dryer is inoperable. I was told I needed to contact the manufacturer for warranty repair. The phone number they gave me is 100% AI. I have scheduled two appointments for the repair work and have yet to see a technician. There are no options to talk to a service rep. Virtual chat only. When the appointment for service rolls around, I get a text saying there is no technician available and I need to reschedule. The address for the repair service is non-existent and, oddly, is one block from Discount Appliance. Buyer beware of this place!

She called back in 20 minutes and said he would come to take a look at the unit within the next 2 hours. He came in 1 1/2 hours, tried restarting the refrigerator but it only ran for a few minutes; he had checked on electronic board availability and they are no longer stocked by the company. . He measured my refrigerator, gave me a suggestion when I asked, where to go to buy a new one. I thought he was highly responsive, polite, helpful even if he could not repair the unit.
