When I called to follow up to find out if the parts were finally in. I was rudely told that they called me on this day at that time and left me a message. Perhaps they did, however I did not get a message, it would seem to me that it would be in the companies. Best interest to follow up with that call a day or two later when they did not hear back from me. When I did reach them, it was going to be another two weeks before they would get out to actually repair my dishwasher and my dryer. That is unacceptable with timeliness. It was unacceptable with the customer service received. It's unacceptable that an appliance repair company doesn't have basic appliance parts on hand. I would have chosen another company who has always repaired my appliances on the spot at the first appointment, however, this was through my home warranty, and it wasn't up to me to select the company. If I could give this company zero or negative stars I would. Just the customer service and lack of understanding that going a month without a dryer and itself is extremely let alone the fact that he was rude and clearly not worried about a poor review is unacceptable. again, I'm only giving one star because I have to give at least one.

They came over and looked at our 10 year old LG refrigerator,and said LGs are junk and ours isn't worth fixing. They didn't even really look at the ice maker or the manufacturing date. After 30 minutes and we paid them the $125 dollars for their visit and they left. The fix is a $90 dollar part and probably a hours worth of labor, which I will go ahead and do my self.

She asked the brand,model # and what the problem with my clothes dryer was. She said it was probably one of two possible problems. So knowledgeable it was almost hard to believe in these days. Gary came out fixed the problem in record time and shared his knowledge about appliances. Very helpful and knew what he was doing. Reinstalling the dryer was an extra cost and to be rescheduled so I had to do it. I paid for a service that is only a partial service. Bob's hands were tied. He seemed in a hurry but spent lots of time trying to figure out the "paperwork" on his phone for Sears, eventually giving up. So much of his time was taking care of "Sears'" needs rather than mine? What did I pay for? I ended up spending a great deal of time working on the dryer! Impressed with Bob's ability but not impressed with Sears' policies and service.
