Recently I noticed the fabric showing signs of wear that I didn't think should be, so I took a picture in to Brian. He contacted the manufacturer right away, they sent out a claims rep, and long story short they are replacing the cushions without any hassle whatsoever!! But they billed my charge card for the full amount, including shipping. When I disputed the amount of the charge, they told Visa it was correct. If I had ordered from another company, I could have had the table in less than half the time and for a lot less stress and hassle. I had called and asked Debbie about lead times before I placed the order. I gave her all the details of what I wanted, including the black color. She said I could order online and have it in 2.5 to 3 weeks. Eleven days after the LAST day Debbie promised I would receive the black table, it was nowhere in sight. So, I started calling the company. Then I was told it would take another month or two to get the table. I was going to cancel the order. But Brian at the company offered to waive shipping charges and ship me a table in a different color right away to keep me from cancelling. I agreed. When I opened my VISA bill, I saw they charged me the full amount, with shipping, not the no-shipping amount they'd promised when I agreed to take the table in another color if they waived shipping charges and got it to me in 2 to 3 weeks. They had already given me a lot of conflicting information, so I didn't trust them. (First Phil told me the black table I ordered had shipped and "was on the boat". Two days later, Debbie told me the table had not shipped yet and was still in Norway. Ummm, what, the boat turned around and the table was unloaded?) When I saw they charged me more than they promised, and did it the day they got my order, and I still didn't have a table in any color... well, first off the amount of the charge needed to be corrected. Second, WHAT COMPANY CHARGES A CREDIT CARD WHEN THEY TAKE AN ORDER, INSTEAD OF WHEN THE ORDER SHIPS? That was another red flag, on top of the conflicting stories about whether or not the table had shipped. With lots of red flags, I did not want to let the VISA charge go past 60 days without getting a table. I doubt it's a coincidence they shipped me a table just 2 days after I disputed the charge. After they promised me a black table in 2.5 to 3 weeks, it took them almost 7 weeks to get me a table in a color I didn't want. When I protested they amount of the charge to Visa, they disputed my protest. Ultimately Visa found in my favor and I did not pay for shipping, but the time and hassle and delays getting the table and only getting it in a color I didn't really want... really, I should have shopped ANYWHERE else. I will never deal with these people again. Consider yourself warned...

    I initially visited the store at 3536 N Brady on 5/30/2026 and worked with Jeff. I needed to do…read moresome shopping around but told him I'd be back the next day and asked for a business card. He was pretty nice. Fast talker with numbers, but nice. Jeff provided me the business card along with the measurements of each piece of furniture I inquired about. Went back on 5/31 as I said I would. On the way there, I found a competitor which had a much lower price for the same piece of furniture. I went in showed it to Jeff and asked if they would match the price as the business card he gave me says 'Price Match and Beat Out Competitors'. Jeff looked it up the add on his computer and said he' done this before and had to get call his manager. I could tell by the tones - 1st in their language, then he put him on speaker phone and Jeff talked in English while the manager continued to talk in their language. Jeff gets off of the phone and tells me that his manager doesn't think it's real. Mind you, Jeff has pulled it up on HIS computer and even showed me. He pulled up the competitors website, so I'm not sure how this could not be real or why they didn't call the store ( which is less than 3 blocks away) and confirm. I now advise him that the card he provided me has printed on there 'Price Match and Beat Out Competitors'. I told him I wasn't upset at him, but he told me this could be done and that this is false advertisement. I wasted my time going back to him because he seemed like a nice salesman. He asked if I was going to give them a 1 star review. I was honest and told him YES. I explained I was not mad at Jeff, however, in that moment, he was the face of his company and unfortunately, he has to take the complaint for how his manager handled the situation. I thanked him and told him to enjoy the rest of his day. I went to the competitor, paid the great price, saved over $700, and was done in less than 15 mins including setting up delivery! The manager at this business should stand by what he says he will do on his business card. Sometimes, your word is all you have, and to me, their word means NOTHING!

    My furniture was delivered yesterday, and unfortunately, I was unable to be present for the…read moredelivery due to my work commitments. As a result, I missed the opportunity to oversee the entire setup process. The delivery team went ahead and assembled everything as planned, including plugging in the various pieces. However, I've run into a significant issue: my electrical recliner is not functioning at all. This malfunction is particularly frustrating because I was really looking forward to enjoying my new furniture, especially the recliner, which was a major selling point for me. To make matters worse, I've been informed that I will have to wait a full two weeks before a technician can come to examine the chair and determine what's wrong with it. I sincerely hope that the issue can be resolved quickly and that I will soon be able to enjoy the comfort of my recliner as intended. Reflecting on this experience, I've come to realize a valuable lesson: not every deal that seems too good to be true actually is. In this case, I feel like I've learned a costly lesson worth around $4,000. I had high hopes for my new furniture, and now I find myself dealing with unexpected complications. It's a reminder to be cautious and do thorough research before making significant purchases. I just hope that in the end, the wait will be worth it, and I will soon be able to relax in my new recliner.

They talked at me, complained and swore around my children and I'm pretty sure they were chemically enhanced when they showed up if you know what I mean. When my couch did not fit the spot I wanted it at, they never even asked me what I wanted to do, they just threw it back on the truck and left. Unbelievable!
