Dr. Zeifman is fabulous! We found Dr. Z after a long and tedious search. She was worth all our searching! She is professional, kind, respectful and interested in her patients and their lives not just their ortho needs. We have two teens in treatment. One has major ortho issues (impacted tooth in the roof of her mouth, jaw alignment) and Dr. Zeifman has been terrific in her treatment plan and keeping me abreast of our options as our daughter's treatment moves forward. I appreciate that she is always looking for the best treatment, not just what's easy for her and her staff. Our other teen is using Invisalign and Dr. Z spends just as much time and attention with him as she does with our daughter. Our son LOVES Invisalign! When we first went there for my 11 year old son to get braces, they sat down with us and explained the whole process, including showing us x-rays and explaining what she wanted to fix. Dr. Zeifman is brilliant! Highly educated and she truly enjoys what she does. She is extremely friendly and answers any questions you may have. Dr. Zeifman won me over with her knowledge, education, attention to detail, willingness to educate and inform, and lastly her compassion. I have not stopped raving about her to my friends, family and colleagues. Since this was my first child to require orthodontic work, I was extremely anxious about finding the best orthodontist for my child. When looking at options for my daughter, I visited many orthodontists - and was highly skeptical of everyone that I met. But Dr. Z and her team are truly amazing. They are trustworthy, professional, down-to-earth, and truly dedicated to giving their patients the best treatment possible! And believe me, they deliver. In fact, I somehow found myself with Invisalign braces after my daughter. Dr. Zeifman and her staff have been awesome! My 8 year old daughter is in the first/early phase(s) of orthodontic treatment and she was understandably nervous for her first visit. During the consult both Dr. Zeifman and Christine sat with us and explained everything in detail, and looked to my daughter for any questions. They included her in every part of the discussion, and made her feel extremely comfortably! The financials were explained in detail for this phase, as well as the cost of future phases. Dr Z and staff are like no other! I called at 2:00 with concerns of a treatment plan by another ortho. She had me come in at 3:30 that same day, provided a free consultation, for which I previously paid over $500 to the other dr. for AND waited 2 weeks to get the results. Dr Z provided a reasonable solution and ortho plan which guided us in the appropriate direction. In addition, my other son received his free consult with the staffs suggestion. THANK GOODNESS they recommended it because he ended up having impacted teeth that were never detected and we are beginning treatment right away. These professionals are THE BEST!!!!! We are so pleased with Zeifman Orthodontics. Dr Zeifman and all her staff are always so nice and easy to work with. They explain the entire process in detail to both parent and child and help answer any questions you may have. Dr. Z is phenomenal with the children, clear on what they need to do and communicates frequently with the parents on the progress. Her staff, Christina and Marge are the BEST! Dr. Z and staff are amazing! My daughter had a severe underbite, and was informed by 2 Orthodontists that without immediate treatment, she would most likely be facing jaw surgery around 18 years old. After much research and recommendations, Dr. Z worked miracles! After a mouthful of hardware, her bite is perfect (still, 4 years later), surgery is no longer the topic of conversation, and most likely does not need braces after all adult teeth come in.
