I went to Wades to find spark plugs that I couldn't find anywhere else since my car is a California…read morespec model. They sold me the plugs and I went home to install. Once I tried to install I realized the plugs were not the correct size. I took the plugs back for a refund and was accused of lying, and told that they were the right ones. I told the lady working that they were definitely not right. They were a different length and didn't even require the same size plug socket. The lady was beyond rude, cussed me out, and then after arguing with her she only agreed to write me a check. I just left so haven't got to cash it yet, but can only hope it will go through. I've heard good things about the man who owns Wades, but I will never go there again due to how I was treated.

Right then she became worried and said you are going to get stranded. Wanted me to bring my car down first thing this morning so her guys could check it. Ive Held a commercial account with the store for over two years had a run-in with a battery that wouldn't charge back up that I purchased from the store that was under warranty they took the battery said it would be a half hour to get it looked at two hours later brought it back and says it's good week later battery won't start again called Brad the "store manager" on an unrelated parts issue and immediately brought up how's that battery doing in a snide comment I said to him I guess I'll have to get one somewhere else seeings how this one won't charge up again he said oh that's cool and laughed hung the phone up within 20 minutes came to my business with my credit card information saying he canceled my commercial account and we were going to part ways as If he owns O'Reilly auto parts. Tried to follow up with a regional manager who never contacted me back again great company will be using Advance and AutoZone exclusively now!!!!!
