She made me feel comfortable and did everything she could to make my cleaning as painless as possible, which she included using a numbing cream on my gums, which helped a lot. She's very knowledgeable, asked questions, and recommended different things to try to keep my gums in good health. Her office staff is extremely nice too. I spoke to Natasha on the phone and then met her today. She's very sweet. The young woman who did my x-rays was great too--nice and friendly and was fast so I didn't have to sit long with the plastic things in my mouth. This all made such a difference in my dental experience, which I always dread. The office is cheerful and decorated for the holidays. The parking was right next to the office in a private lot. I was recently in the Smile Center of Mansfield for a cleaning as a new patient. The only positive of my visit was Tracy, the hygienist. She was friendly and did a thorough job. Now, the negatives. If you ever thought of a dental factory, then you have pictured the Smile Center. Dr. Patel may have been the unfriendliest dentist I have ever encountered. If you have the nerve to tell me I have 10 cavities, four you are watching and 6 that need filled, then at least have the courtesy to explain what exactly is there and what needs done. Don't have your hygienist do it. Don't even get me started on what I was told the fillings would cost. I went for a second opinion, and luckily I did. One of the supposed cavities was an old filling that needed replaced and the rest were so small, they don't require a filling at this point. If you want highly questionable recommendations, then this is the place for you! I suggest you find a reliable dentist.

They called and sent numerous letters. I explained to them I paid the $100 at the time of service. They sent the $100 to collections and it impacted my credit. Do not pay them in cash as they may misplace your payment and insist you pay again or threaten to send you to collections over a $100.

I called her office and Dr. Armour took me almost right away and temporarily fixed my problem. It has been almost 2 year since I started to see Dr. Nicole Armour. I had bottom and top new crowns done, wonderful job she does! I am very happy with ALL my new teeth, and they look natural. She really holds your hand thorough the treatments, being available 24/7!! including weekends; responding in a few minutes if you have a problem or concern. I had a problem with my gums and right away they gave me an appointment and fixed my problem. You are never faraway from her while receiving a treatment at her office. My family and I can't say enough good things about this practice. I've been to many dentists in my lifetime and have brought my family to 3 local dentists before hearing about Bordentown Dental arts from a close friend and deciding to give them a try after an awful experience in Hamilton with one of my daughters. That was 5 years ago. If you follow my reviews on Yelp I rarely give 5 stars but this is one of those rare cases. Dr. Birnbaum checks all the boxes. He's funny, caring, punctual, honest, and really loves what he does. He always puts his patients first to the point where if you needed him he would drive into the office and meet you in the middle of the night. The staff is also phenomenal and they get to know every patient personally. As a patient here you're treated as a VIP. This office consists of Dr. Birnbaum, Gale, and Dawn. That's it. And they've all been together for years and are like a family (banter and all). You will also find that Dr. Birnbaum always has the latest and greatest technology. He will even ask if he can test his new expensive "gadgets" on you such as a way to numb you with a painless device instead of the usual giant syringe (I actually opted for this once and it was very cool). He may also give you a free mouth and throat cancer screening (this is a courtesy because he has the technology and he never charges for it) I could go on and on about how great an experience we always have here and how my kids (now teenagers) actually look forward to their cleanings and "visits" but I'll leave it at that and just say that Bordentown Dental Arts is one in a million. I love the way Dr. Birnbaum takes the time to look at & explain everything! He is very thorough, gentile & makes you comfortable during the entire process. His office is also updated with a negative pressure system to keep the air clean & everyone safe. I also like the fact that he takes 1 patient at a time & you don't feel rushed through like you are in a revolving door of patients. His staff is very helpful, kind & friendly.
