Jessica started out as professional and appeared to care about her customers. She used to be good at following up on customers issues or concerns and returned phone calls. But for the past several months Jessica has become a nightmare to have as my agent! She Stopped answering phone.100% of the time doesn't matter what time of day or day of the week.. she was impossible to contact! i could count the times on one hand that she actually returned my phone call. More insult to injury. When I would leave her a voicemail message.instead of calling me back. She will send a text! REALLY ! What Agent does this! I'm sure she have caller ID because for example I tried calling her and she wouldn't answer the phone.instead she texted me customer service phone number. So i called customer service and representative stated that the issue should be resolved with my agent! When I explained to the representative that my agent has been M I A!!! The customer service representative put me on hold and called Agent Nightmare knight she immediately answered the phone! SMH!!! ‍ I called Jessica on March 21,2022 and made payment with her for my home owners insurance..she didn't apply the payment towards my home owners insurance. She applied payment towards my auto insurance. So for nearly a month I'm thinking i had coverage on my home when I didn't!!! Only because after deciding to switch my policies to a new State Farm agent and the new agent stated that I had no Coverage on my home!!! Now I'm pissed!!! to think if I have had a fire or any other loss. I wouldn't had coverage!!! Jessica never once contacted me about my home policy lapsed!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! Just a monthly money taker, folks.....zero customer service. Not just bad customer service.....zero....nada. Then her "staff" will try and "handle" your issues/concerns. Getting them to answer the phone or God forbid return a call is like pulling teeth. When they finally do, they'll just flippantly refer you to call corporate. They have not a clue the way anything works and will likely blame Covid for horrid service...just like everyone else does these days. Their auto "adjusters" are foul mouthed glorified tow truck drivers, too. These people won't look at your auto on your property...they won't look at it at a proper body shop the way normal insurance companies do...ya' know...because of Covid. They WILL, however, be willing to tow it to a local salvage yard who admittedly has NO tools and NO techs on site. That's because they've already decided your car has been totaled...without even seeing it. They don't want to fix it...that would require time, effort, money, and energy. Instead, they've already gotten in bed with Copart (the chain of US based salvage yards they work with) and will sell them your auto and give you half of what they collected. Think I'm lying? I found my car ONLINE and FOR SALE before I even knew it was being totaled OR accepted an offer. Which I still have not. Buyer beware....go elsewhere. My whole family and I are about to pull the plug on them.....
