I originally heard of them from half a dozen people at my old place workplace who had them paint and liked their work. Their prices are very reasonable and I knew they prepped all the areas before paining like any cracks or gaps. They did my last 2 houses and now my new house. The walls had many issues from someone who did a lease to own then backed out a year later and left the lovely house pretty torn up. It was painted in a flat off white to hide all the issues. They also had a dog who tore up the wood floors and carpet. They had to resurface the entire area in the kitchen and other areas then sand to make the walls look normal again before starting to paint. They prepped very well so as not to get paint or dust from sanding on any of your items and took whatever time was needed to complete the project in a beautiful manner and no unexpected fees added after the original quote, They cleaned up everything before they left were very respectful at all times and the areas of the house they painted look great. I'd like to have them back when I can afford to paint the other rooms mostly on the 2nd floor. I would highly recommend them.

They also painted the registers, and I hired them to paint the kitchen cabinets. They sent a team of two to begin on the cabinets. It took four days of sanding, priming, and painting to complete the job. It looked great, though some details were lacking, such as re-attaching the cabinet doors (loose and crooked) and painting in dark places where the sprayer couldn't reach. However, after addressing these concerns with Wilbur and Greg, the imperfections were fixed and it all looks great! After the cabinets, the team worked on painting upstairs. They were very efficient, and the only issues were that some of the hardware wasn't removed before painting and in some places, another coat was needed. It was no problem; they were happy to fix the imperfections once they were pointed out. The downstairs turned out very nicely. They even did a little extra work on some paneling that had been painted incorrectly by the previous owners in order to ensure quality work. I appreciated that. Originally, they hand-brushed the metal registers/vents, which didn't look nice. The paint was chunky and runny. After I asked them to fix it, they sanded each one and sprayed them, and they all look really nice. Overall, I would recommend this company. The owner was willing to take time to come address specific concerns in my house, and the manager was very professional and personable through the entire process. Even with having to wait between painting the upstairs and downstairs due to renovations, as well as having to come listen to errors/issues, they were patient and accommodating. I wanted to take a moment to highly recommend Donald and his team. Some back story...i had a roof…read moreleak that affected my front porch 'ceiling'. There was a large hole that had been patched really crappy by a shoddy roofer...and they never came back. Sigh. So forward a year later and the roof had been fixed. But the porch ceiling repair needed to be done by a 'general handyman'. My goals were that i wanted the ceiling repair to look much better, for a 'scallop' texture to be matched (later learned it was plaster due to my house being built in 1960), and for the whole porch ceiling to be painted from white to a deep twilight blue. Donald and team came out and supplied an estimate that was very reasonable for the detailed work i wanted done and they felt they could knock it out in about a day. They began work and called me to inform me the roof leak was still not fixed. They could see water that had been leaking once they opened up the ceiling, and recommended that i go back to my roofer to readdress the issues. Now, this is what i love. Donald could have just done the repair, collected the money, and ran. I truly would not have known the roof was still leaking...until the ceiling collapsed again (which is how i originally learned i had a problem!). But you know what? HE DID NOT DO THAT! Talk about a man of integrity! And you know how hard that is to find these days? Especially for a 'cheap' project. Roofer came back. Fixed the problem (yes...again LOL). And then Donald followed up with the patch, scallop pattern, and paint job. Once finished, i am BEYOND pleased. I love the color. I love that the scallop pattern matches. (As a graphic designer, i am ALL ABOUT THE DETAILS. I notice.) I tipped all 3 workers (tip your people, folks!). Gave them an iced fruit bar on a hot day. Shared some laughs. Thanked them, deeply. Told them i would write a mindful review but they'd better move me to the top of the list when i hire them for any of the myriad of house maintenance projects that i KNOW will come up in the future and they will be busy! Unfortunately I hired another contractor first that struggled with removing the wallpaper despite agreeing to the job, and I was relieved that Ramirez Brothers were able to come through for me. They were very hard workers, respectful with laying down paper all throughout the house including areas they were not painting in (but walking through) to protect the rest of the home. We ended up hiring them more jobs including painting several rooms and ceilings, as well as a full kitchen cabinet painting job afterwards. Their work is fantastic and everything looks great.
