After using TMC for 3 bathroom remodeling projects, I highly recommend their services! They aren't…read morethe cheapest construction company around, but there's a reason for that, quality. Brian, the owner of the company, hires only the best craftsmen and pays them very well resulting in more cost but better quality. Frank, Cody, and Adam are very skilled at their craft and with great attention to detail and customer satisfaction. They use only the best products and fixtures to assure that your investment will stand the test of time. They are prompt, honest, polite and very respectful of your home and your vision. Kim is very helpful with design advice in coordinating with your ideas to create the perfect space. The whole team works well together and with the customer to bring your vision for your project to life. I've included photos of all 3 projects.

Everyone on the team was consistent in their desire to do the job right and Frank was always there to make sure the details that would delight me were completed with care. Explained everything (cost, constraints, options, etc) and always polite. An extra bonus, used locally sourced materials supporting other local businesses. The team was pleasant, conscience that we had to function in the home, cleaned up at the end of every day and were 100% trustworthy. They stand behind their work and I highly recommend the services they provide. I absolutely will use TMC again in the future. Quite simply, highly impressed with entire experience.

Great price and good work. My neighbors already had chain link fences on either side of me. So, it…read morewas just a matter adding fence at the back and front. 3 runs in total with 2 gates. Just one guy did the install and was complete in a day. The installer met with me to go over everything that had been agreed upon with the sales guy. We actually changed a couple of aspects at the time of install so he had to get some parts delivered to my house. These were delivered the same day. His work was top notch. He actually worked through the rain which was impressive, only stopping briefly when it turned into a downpour. They don't remove the dirt when they dig the holes but the sales guy was up front about this. They also will take about 6 weeks from signed estimate to work completion date. But again the sales guy was up front about their back log.

Second week - still no communication. Called office, girl says they are having trouble getting price on one part from vendor (she hinted at blaming Covid for parts issues- 6 years later? ) and that I should receive estimates (on the three different style railings) within the week. Sent a follow up email a week later- no return communication. This is now May 11, and absolutely NO word from anyone at the company. This is extremely poor customer service. If they couldn't fulfill the estimate on the one style railing, at least provide estimates on the other two that I was interested in. But NO communication whatsoever is unacceptable. If they weren't interested or could not provide the work, a return call or email would have been the considerate thing to do. Would not recommend Eads Fencing to anyone after this very disappointing interaction with them...estimator, office staff, and whoever monitors their website email all get an F in customer service.

Klaus Roofing Systems of Cincinnati - Roof Installation

When the time comes to replace your home's roof you have a lot of questions that you don't know the…read moreanswers to. I saw a Klaus crew working in my neighborhood so I reached out to the Project Manager who then contacted the company's Inspector, Josh. When Josh came to inspection our roof and to provide an estimate of what our 40 year old home needed, the report was very detailed about what we needed to have done. The inspection revealed some small problems which we will be addressing with the replacement work but we had NO idea the problems existed! Josh make a thorough inspection of not only the roof but the attic area above the house and garage. (This was not a drive by inspection). The Estimate provided by Josh was very detailed and itemized for the Roof and Gutter work our home needed. Everything was listed and the price was very competitive. Looking forward to the installation.

We contracted Klaus Roofing for some roof, flashing, and gutter problems we had on our home. The…read morepricing was considered good for what we were getting, or at least was considered a good price at time of contract signing. The crew that showed up at our property was David (Site Supervisor) and Ricky the head of the "crew". During the initial inspection we were told that a supervisor/Project Mgr. would be onsite all of the time the crew was there, and we later found out this is NOT the case. The crew to me seemed very disorganized and did things haphazardly with little to no safety in mind. We were told at the inspection that they would be picking up after each day and running a magnet for screws, nails, and sharp items. We NEVER saw that happen and there was very little effort in picking up after themselves each day! We presented a sandwich bag full of sharp items such as screws and nails to David, David told my wife he was going to issue her a gift card, but that never happened! The job was supposed to be a 2-3-day job and became somewhat of a nightmare that lasted 11 weeks. Initially they were finished on 8/13/2024, which there were many problems that not only myself recognized being in the project management business, but my wife also picked up on. There was a list of notable issues to be fixed that should have been caught during install. Most of the issues were bent or wavy metal on the facia boards and the way they terminated the metal at the ends was below standard and what I called "sloppy". Other issues included terminating soffit vinyl into an existing painted, crown molding that not only looked bad, but also presented as a future maintenance issue. Also, soffit vinyl was loose in many areas and still is. The crew came back to fix the issues and in doing so created other issues and damage to newer house siding vinyl installed. During installing the facia covering they found areas that the facia board needed to be replaced. I gave them the green light to replace the damaged facia boards, and this was a huge mistake on my end as the facia board that was replaced was found to be installed incorrectly later due to the metal NOT fitting on the facia board. They corrected most of the issues and the damage they did to our siding, but as they corrected, they made more problems with bent and dented metal on the facia boards and some of the soffits were pitched in a weird angle and didn't look right, which is why they were back on 10/22, but as they tried to fix the "weird angle" on the soffit they cut the rake board to shreds with an oscillating cutting tool (see attached pic of damage to the rake board). Also, on 10/22 we showed David a few of the areas that needed caulk, missing metal, and an area in the rear that the metal was bent (hammer blows) and the drip edge was bent up, which he admitted to placing nails in the drip edge to "hold it down". When David showed Ricky the dented facia metal, he became angry and said "f**k this" and walked away, I showed the issues to David and he told Ricky to go ahead and replace the metal, but Ricky was very apprehensive about replacing that facia metal because they had placed nails into the drip edge and bent it up and there was no way of making that right without replacing the drip edge and the facia metal! So, the final "nail in the coffin", no pun intended was from them to give us $200 off - WOW after all the time I had to take off from work at over $400 per day and the issues to deal with! We took the $200 off due to the fact we didn't want any more damage to our home and to end this escapade! I would not do business with Klaus again and the reason I gave 2 stars as some things were done correclty - gutters were installed correclty and all the roof and flashing work was done well, but due to the problems encountered with the facia metal and soffit I would not use them again!
