I have been going to Dr Robert Zelinsky for years now. Hands down, he is the best chiropractor in Los Angeles. I'm an athlete and initially came to him because I was experiencing problems with my neck, back, and Piriformis muscle. Not only has he fixed me, but he has made me feel and move like a cheetah. There are alot of wonky chiropractors out there who are fad based (they solely try to crack you and can hurt you or worsen your problem), but he is very different. He can absolutely crack/adjust you safely, but he is much more than that. He will address your core issue and incorporate other treatments as he is working on you. He is 100% science based and approaches your issues through non-invasive treatments for your spine, joints, and nervous system. I have also seen that if something is beyond his scope of expertise, he will quickly recommend you to whomever. With his effective treatments, he has allowed me to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am very much a skeptic of anything until I personally experience it and I was hesitant at first that he would really make a difference with me, but I have experienced how gentle yet effective his treatments have been and wholeheartedly trust him. He has various treatments such as electrical muscle stimulation, ultra sound, infrared therapy, spinal decompression, adjustments and myofascial release through body work to name a few. Also, the guy is like a walking educational encyclopedia. He can name all the muscles, bones, alignments and so forth so you can really learn alot from him. Plus, he is a treat to talk to and be around. At this point, I go to him for maintenance of my body since I demand alot of myself with the rigorous and challenging physical exertion I demand of my body on a daily basis due to my love for exercising. Also, your body needs tuneups just like a car does. Other than your brain, it's your most valuable asset. If you are experiencing any sort of pain with your body, he is your first stop. I saw this review that was left saying that his Red Light machine didn't work...well...I have to write and tell the truth! I went there on the advice of a friend of mine and tried the red light machine. He actually let me try the thing for free so I could see what it is. It felt so good and relaxing...I would have done it just for that. Anyway...I'm 55 and have had trouble losing some extra weight. So Dr. Z said he could help me. I did buy a package of sessions...and Dr. Zelinsky even discounted me because I said I was having money issues...he really went above and beyond to make sure I could afford it. So I started and saw results with in the first week. I stopped doing it after 10 session and was obviously smaller! My husband even commented that my skin seemed tighter and smoother...I guess that's an added bonus! Dr. Z gave me a menu plan to follow, exercise plan and I have kept the weight off. I feel great. The really cool thing...I had a black tie gala to go to with my hubby..so I got a new dress and it felt a little tight...I called Dr. Z and he let me come in right away for another session...I seriously.....the dress fit better that night! Dr. Zelinsky is amazing! I have been seeing him on and off for 6 years now. I first went to him because all of a sudden, the area next to my belly button to the right was sore and super sensitive to the touch. I thought maybe I have appendicitis. I went to different doctors including a specialist but no one knew what the issue was. Then I saw Dr Zelinsky - he told me I pulled my back and the muscles were inflamed (even though I did not feel any back pain). Since there are nerves in the front that are connected to the back muscles, that is why my belly button area was sore and sensitive to the touch. He fixed my back and the soreness and sensitivity completely went away in two days. Who would even think it is the back muscles that caused the problem!!?? Only a genius like Dr. Z would! Had I not been so lucky to have seen him, I would have spent hundreds and hundreds on medical bills and taken unnecessary scans or MRI and not getting any right answers. I also have sciatica in my lower back, neck and shoulder pain and occasional bad flair up in my right upper back. This place was disgusting ! The treatment chairs were all torn apart and the carpet was matted down. Definitely one of the most unsanitary "doctors" offices I've been too. There was a sink full of creams dirty towels that also put off a Oder. The doctor himself was nice but seemed to gossip about other patients who had come into the office which I thought was very inappropriate. There was no types of testing done prior to him diagnosing me not even X-rays, so I didn't second guess going to another chiropractor for a second opinion after my visit. read more

I'm so impressed! My boyfriend had some sudden back back pain and could barely walk. I drove him to Dr. Zelinsky's office without an appointment. We had called ahead and the Dr. told us to come on in. So upon arrival Dr. Zalinsky was warm and welcoming. He encouraged me to come into the exam room with them and I'm so glad I did! Nothing is more impressive and amazing than walking in with pain and walking out with relief!! My left middle back was really in pain and kept me awake the entire night before. I had just paid for one of those 'crackhead' massages for $20 a few days earlier. My back was not only sore but I popped two ribs and literally couldn't breathe, the pain was so bad.
