I agree with the previous reviewer, the shop has beautiful products. However the boutique is badly run and there is no refund policy in place. In my case I bought an item on 8 April and returned it immediately while still on the shop premices (I had converted the Euros wrongly). I apologised, I was happy to accept a credit note as back to back payment on my card was not an option for the upmarket shop. I was told that the only way that my money would be refunded was via a French cheque once the boss had authorised it. This should take an hour, they would definitely ring me back within the hour. The staff issued written confirmation of my credit and I reluctantly left the shop minus 150 Euros as I had to travel to Germany that day. 15 days later I still await my cheque. It has been sent in the post apparently. Oh not once but twice (12 and 19 April)... still waiting. The employees are embarrassed and I feel sorry for them. Their bosses (a couple) don't answer calls or address the issue. They are in hiding... I have been texted not to harass them. I just want my money back... Today the husband of the allusive couple called and when I expressed my anger at his narrative of lies (respectfully) he called me emotionally unsatisfied with my life and a Sad loser. Really? Being unhappy, whether I am or not, is not a crime. Stealing people's money absolutely is! I have now reported the fraud to my bank.
