Customer service is a joke. I've sent 7 emails mails about a pull ring falling of my pochette. All I asked for was a new pull ring to put on. 1 reasoned 6 months ago that their repair department is on it and not to worry. Here we are 6 months later and nothing. Ice DMed them twice on instagram and still nothing. They were once amazing when you could only buy their products in the store in Paris (where I bought both of mine). Now that they pump themselves online, they are complete rubbish. Stay away. You can see dozens of the same comments on their instagram posts. All of them asking where is my repair? Where is customer service? Compete garbage for thousands of dollars in purchases. read more

Came in here on my 2nd to last day in Paris and Linda helped me pick the perfect bag! She was super sweet and imparted some FLP history that I wasn't aware of. She also gave me her card so I def plan to place future orders through her. The store is a bit small so there might be a bit of a wait but it's def worth it. Aside: I only decided to update my review as occasionally I'll still receive upvotes on my old review, which doesn't really reflect how I feel about the brand now. I haven't bought any FLP in years, but there's a reason for that. I found their customer service to be just so-so the last time I bought from this specific boutique. My first sales associate was great, the second was awful (not sure if he works there anymore), and finally the last associate (whom I think managed the store at one point) was fine but since the second associate I was just completely turned off by the brand. BTW, I've known a couple other people who've said the same about the service around the time I was buying so it wasn't just me. I pretty much sold/consigned all my FLP things but I can say the bags hold up ok. The edge paint on the totes crack quickly and aren't as durable as LV, but they have an after sales service for that. I haven't personally tried, but from reviews online I don't think it's worth it. If you're international (although I assume most of FLP's customers are international), you need to send the bag to Paris and it could take months for the bag to be fixed. Granted the service/length of time is the same at Goyard but the process is easier for me with Goyard as they have stores in the US where I'm from and I can just drop off my bag at the store instead of shipping my bag myself. I also noticed that the prices went up a lot the last time I have bought from here, so I guess they're doing well. Also they FINALLY have an online system to order so no more pestering sales associates about what you'd like to order. I was never a huge fan of the old system and I'm sure the sales associates working here are all relieved about the online ordering implementation! One of the reasons I wanted to come to Paris again was because of the FLP store. Prior to coming here I did my research on exactly what I wanted and had an amount I would be spending during my visit here. When I walked into the store, it was fairly small. Again, if you look at their website their inventory is small so the store was small as well. The displays were very appealing and organized. My SA, Louise was really helpful and attentive to my needs. I knew I wanted a zip pochette 30. I also wanted a daily battle tote in 32. I couldn't decide if I wanted a navy or black one. And to throw me for a loop Louise showed me the DB with yellow trim on it and I ended up with the black db with the yellow trim and got the matching zip pochette. I've used my bags and I absolutely love them and have gotten compliments every time I take them out. I regret not getting other pieces while I was there. read more

When we decided to visit Paris, I had 3 main goals. First to eat as much French food/dessert as possible. Second to climb the Eiffel Tower stairs. And third, to purchase a French luxury item (purse, scarf, etc). I even selected our hotel based on it's proximity to shopping and food. I had originally wanted to purchase something from Louis Vuitton, Chanel, or Goyard. All of these stores were no more than 2 blocks from our hotel. But each day, as we passed Fauré Le Page, my interest in the brand grew. I even saw a few of their purses on the street and was drawn to them. After reading about the brand, learning that they do not have a store in the US, have origins in firearms manufacturing, and read reviews about their excellent quality, I decided to purchase something from Fauré Le Page. As soon as we entered the store (next door to the famous Chanel store on rue de Cambon), we were greeted by Louise. She was very warm and friendly and I felt comfortable. She took the time to show me different purse styles and colors. It was difficult deciding on what to get because they're all so beautiful! I finally settled on a burgundy purse with the yellow tassel, an attachment for a medal with my initial and black sling wallet. While not cheap, the prices here are great for what you get! And Louise took the time to explain how the VAT refund works and how to care for my new purchases. I can't yet comment on how I like my purchases because I can't use them until I leave the EU. But I'm pretty sure I'll love my Parisienne purses and will have great memories every time I use them. read more

We were on our first trip to Paris, meandering the shopping area, and just happened to walk by this store. They had beautiful bags in the window, so we went in. The salespeople were SO nice, explaining the history of the company as well as the details of the products. The style, the story, and the service: all were perfection! And now we have one of their beautiful bags which will always remind us of a beautiful day in a beautiful city. We will definitely be back and buy more bags, for ourselves and as gifts. Sigh.....so after 1 year of hardly using the WOC and the hubby using his wallet for 3 months, it started falling apart :( The leather on button of my WOC is worn down thin and the hubby's wallet started to rip open on the edge. Because not only are the products amazing.... the associates are patient and very helpful! Even running after us to give directions on how to get to the post office after we stepped out of the boutique! They appreciated that we were "fun and entertaining". Online transactions are smooth and seamless...make sure you have a picture or name of the item you're interested in to start things rolling. Love love love Fauré le Page (FLP)!!! This review is waaaaay overdue! When I first visited the Rue Cambon boutique back in early 2014, I was impressed with their products, quality of work & craftsmanship, and service. Claudia was the SA that helped me the first time. She was very friendly and never pressured me or try to lure me to purchase more items. Looking at the products on the display, I was like a kid in the candy store wanting everything. I find the design/pattern to be unique yet classic that is universally suitable for all genders. I also love the fact that the brand was under the radar and exclusive. As a previous Goyard customer, I was surprised that the cost of FLP bags and accessories were much less because the quality in my opinion is so much better. My Goyard totes have suffered wear and tear over the years due to constant use that some of them have scuffs and holes in them (and yes the ones I own are authentic, not fake as I had purchased them in the SF Boutique). For one of my totes, I was quoted almost $300 to have the small holes repaired and when I received my bag back after 3 months since it was supposedly shipped from France, my bag still looked the same with tiny holes. I was disappointed. Once I purchased my first Daily Battle (DB) tote, I've decided never to go back to Goyard. Goyard is still nice, don't get me wrong, but as far as pricing, quality, and service, you can't beat FLP! My DB totes have been my most used bags for 4.5 years now and they have gone through abuse through daily wear and constant travels through the years. My bags and accessories have been tossed around, rained on, exposed to snow, totes stuffed to the brim including a large laptop and iPad and so far not a single tear, hole, or stitch has come out. I recall for the price of a LV Neverfull, I was able to get a DB tote plus a small pouch and Pom. Now that the brand is more well known (but still somewhat under the radar) I'm pretty sure the cost has gone up but still reasonable compared to Goyard. Over the years I have made several purchases both online (through email) and in person during my travels to Paris. I've never had a bad experience. When trying to order via email, it helps to know what you want or are interested in as well as the colors to make communication more efficient. The SAs that I have worked with are Claudia, Nada, Louise, and Nicholas. All pleasant to deal with and I love the little personalized notes that come with the purchases. When shopping at the actual boutique in Rue Cambon, it's always fun checking out the products because the SAs are just so wonderful and patient especially when I'm taking a long time trying some of the items. When I was at the boutique with Serbelle I. one time, one of the SAs went out of his way by chasing us to give us directions to the nearest post office as we had just left the store. We were touched! Ever since I purchased my first FLP, I've been introducing the brand to friends and family who have also converted. It's also fun spotting another FLP customer wherever I go because it's still rare to find people carrying the brand because it's not as mainstream as LV or Gucci. It definitely makes a great conversational piece as I sometimes get stopped by folks who are curious to know the brand of my bag and where to get it at. I get a lot of compliments even from those who also own an FLP product. My husband and I remain loyal to the brand and will continue making purchases in the near future when budget allows us to. We look forward to also checking out their new boutique in Taiwan later this year. read more

Faure le Page craftmanship and design is the best. My shopping experience was very good. I was in Paris for a few days and Louise helped me pick my Daily Battle Bag, along with the wallet on a chain and the Pom Pom. Faure le Page is not mainstream such as Louis Vuitton, rather more for those that are in the know about true luxury items with high quality standards. When you get back to the states, everyone has LV or Goyard but Faure le Page is unique and not so mainstream (which is what I want) Service was wonderful. I would definitely go back again to add to my collection Tote collection. read more

First visit was Oct '16 (2nd Feb '17) and I received exemplary service. I purchased a large travel tote as a gift. Previously I'd visited Goyard to purchase Anjou tote for myself (service was good but not the same as Faure Le Page). I walked in w/Goyard bag but the women in the store weren't swayed one way or another. Quality - very sturdy, well designed pieces. Simple, monogrammed canvas that will last through travel and daily life. Service - incredibly friendly, multilingual staff. They are very willing to pull any piece from inventory if available. History and heritage - my first purchase was a lovely experience with history lesson on the brand. I'd wandered in after Goyard on my way to Chanel. No idea about Faure Le Page and the quality and workmanship sold me over. Since then I've purchased a M an L pochette as well as gun pochette. I enjoy the store and much prefer it to the counter at Galeries Layafette. read more

There are only 3 locations in the world currently where you can buy these bags. Look up their rich company history if you're curious and have not heard of them, you will be impressed! I have a lot of monogrammed Goyard. I also live in Southern California and Goyard used to be special. Now, so many people are carrying them and many are counterfeit. Such a bummer. Faure le Page is similar to Goyard in that much of the bag is coated canvas with leather touches. They are a gun case manufacturer who has revamped as a handbag company. The signature pieces are these cute gun cases that are styled as pouchettes. I came in yesterday to buy some. The sales person was so lovely and helpful answering my million questions. On my second trip to Paris in May 2016 with my husband, I decided to check out this boutique after visiting Goyard to compare their totes. I had not heard of FAURE LE PAGE until a friend recommended this brand and was curious about it especially when it's not too popular in the United States... yet. The quality of the FLP tote, I feel, is much better and the price more reasonable than the Goyard. I ended up purchasing a small size blue w yellow trim daily battle and then coming back 3 days later to get a matching pompom and a small burgundy pochette when my husband decided to buy a notebook for his prescription pad! Claudia was so helpful and friendly. She really made our Paris shopping experience a memorable one. This purchase was and is my favorite Paris purchase alongside my CHANEL wallet and HERMÉS scarf. A funny story I have to share ... back in the USA I was shopping at SCP in Costa Mesa, CA and an SA at a store came up to me to tell me he loved my FAURE LE PAGE! We were both very impressed! He, that I had a FAURE LE PAGE, and me that he knew about FAURE LE PAGE! "There are only 2 stores in the world!" he says! Love love love my FLP and I can't thank Claudia enough! Merci beaucoup! The store is located just next to CHANEL on Cambon. The interior reminds me of a hunting lodge which makes sense because of the brand's history. This is a boutique next to Chanel that sells wonderful bags and accessories. When in Paris last year, I bought a daily battle bag and customized it with a charm. The quality was remarkable, much better than Goyard or Louis Vuitton. I subsequently bought a wallet and a pistol change purse/key ring via email. I went there last time I was in Paris. The boutique was full of beautiful crafted bags. Faure de Page is similar to goyard, but you can get only three locations in the world. They have three locations in France. I think it is very valuable. Super friendly staff was help me the find the bag. So far, I saw few people carry the Faure de page in LA.
