I have to admit that it was not what I expected. When I think of pho restaurant I tend to think of places where you grab a quick, and cheap, bite to eat and the restaurant itself is nothing flash, however I was quite surprised when I stepped in through the door - it looked as if I had entered some high class restaurant. As such I hesitatingly looked at the menu and discovered that despite it's appearances it was still a place to grab a cheap bite to eat, so I sat down and ordered some pho. It was pretty good, and the staff were really nice as well, though I should warn you that they have a minimum card purchase of $20.00 so make sure you bring cash.

Their decor is nice enough for a casual date (maybe not your first) and there's a family friendly vibe as soon as you walk in the door and are greeted by their wonderful staff who made us laugh as well as enjoy our food. Also, great news, they have had their liquor license approved, they said that it would be around a week until they had things all stocked up and ready to go. But I really enjoyed some of the more unusual stuff. Not like tripe and chicken's feet unusual. More like a big dish of thinly sliced pork, stuffed with sliced cucumber and loads of garlic, swimming in a delicious szechuan chilli sauce. W.O.W. Everything I tried was delicious. They are always very friendly and have even accommodated us for a friend's birthday. I have never been disappointed with a meal, however my friend who can't eat anything spicey found things a bit too hot, so make sure you let them know how hot you can handle!
