This was my first time at a dispensary in NJ. I had high hopes as I've been to many out of state. The music is so loud in here and everyone is in such close quarters at the counter that I couldn't even hear what the girl was saying to me, which caused her to only give us half of what we ordered. Don't waste your money on any pre rolled cones, all 3 we purchased were bent and packed horribly to the point where you get no pull. They were supposed to be a full gram but all were different sizes which makes me wonder if we even got what we paid for. i came from Vegas and on Sunday's it's only for medical patients which is crazy!! So bad service if you don't have medical card they won't assist you or anything of that very bad experience from someone's first time coming to visit. read more

I've tried twice to make a pickup order at the Riverside location after hearing good things about them. The first was made about midday, but there was still plenty of time for it to be made before they closed. The second was about an hour after they opened so again, plenty of time to make the order. Both times the order status never changed from verifying for the first day so I canceled it, the second one was the same for several hours with no indication that it was going to be done so I canceled that one as well. I tried calling several times to see if there was any reason they weren't verifying it and they didn't answer any calls. I definitely wouldn't recommend going here, both because of my own experience and after looking more into reviews and seeing some of the other negative experiences people have. read more

I drove all the way from New York before doing this I called to see when the latest I could come was I was told 8:45pm for rec because they stop selling at 9 I arrived at the door it looked empty at 8:44 pm the older security guard he was at the front door as I was walking over he said you got a med card I said no they told me 8:45 was the cut off he said what time is it I looked at my phone it said 8:44 he said there closed not a very nice person he seems to have quite an AUTHORITY COMPLEX the options are extremely limited or because of this I would never return either the people when you call don't know what they are talking about or the guy at the door doesn't when I come I buy the limit so I will deff try to go somewhere else in the future read more

This is the first place I went following the full recreational rollout, and it was fantastic. As soon as I walked in I felt welcome. It was very nice inside, and the employees were all lovely and helpful! It's cash only, but they have two ATMs on site, which was super convenient. The product selection was solid, and service was prompt and friendly. Prices are pretty much to be expected, and I did not find anything to be outrageous. That being said, you pay for beautiful, professionally-grown Cannabis. have since tried the product, and I am very pleased. I will most definitely be returning. Thank you to all of the employees! make sure you open all of your products before you leave the store. you must check while there that each and every container is sealed and the proper count is in it. it's annoying because the medical marijuana rules don't want you driving with open package but I guess zen leaf leaves you no options since their employees obviously steal and when you report it you get ignored. I have waited days for a response but didn't get a single one as of yet. I've had two bad occasions now. 1st time I received a 1/8 that the safety seal was missing from. all the weed was still in it i weighted it and i brought it with me to return it back for a sealed version. they credited me for the broken sealed one but would not take it back. 2nd time I had an issue I opened up a brand new 5 pack of pre rolls and there was only 4 joints in it when there's suppose to be 5 joints. I'm not rich and I dont have time or money to waste on. It getting what I paid for and certainly don't want to be ripped off. check your product before you leave unless you want to be ripped off at some point. maybe they have money to waste on weed they don't actually get but I sure don't. If I could weight everything before I left there that be great but doubt that would be allowed. The problem is as soon as you leave the store you don't have a witness. There's nothing more frustrating than being cheated when you paid for a product then having to prove yourself to those who ripped you off because they weren't in your bedroom when you opened it. So just open your stuff there. That's the only thing I can think of to protect the consumer. Though you can't prove they give the correct weight. I have to check the weight going forward because if they are missing security seals and joints from packages I wonder what else is missing? I emailed zen leaf about it almost a week ago at the suggested email from the employee who commented on this review and they didn't even respond to my email informing them one joint was missing from my 5 pack. So check your stuff before you leave unless you want to be ripped off and ignored. read more

This is a great dispensary. I used to go to another one but they did not have much of a variety. I then decided to go to a different one and I am so glad I did. The staff are extremely knowledgable and very eager to help. I have had the pleasure of dealing with many advisors there, and they are all great. Nyisha and Kim really stand out.
