Plus, the seating is very limited. If there are more than, say, 8-10 people in the store you will be left standing. The store has a tendency to get very smoky and incredibly hot in the winter. They have a stove in the center of the shop and the owner likes to keep it too warm. It gets so hot that I have seen numerous people have to open the front door. This is not a place I go to anymore. 9/23/18 - This is in response to Kevin F's reply. The review was not written as a "personal grudge against the owner." In fact, I do not mention the owner, his/her name, or ethics. It is my opinion of the establishment. Like it or not, I am entitled to my opinion. I never made any personal comments. 1) The selection is roughly half compared to stores I frequent in the greater NY/CT area. 2) While the store does have outdoor seating saying they seat 19 is a stretch. I have never witnessed 19 people sitting in the store at once. 3) The store is small and when it is full it does get smoky. 4) Finally, it does get exceptionally hot. In closing, and again, this was not an attack on the owner. It is one persons opinion of an establishment. You do not have to like it but respect someone's opinion.

Effective for my back pain from a spine surgery in November and dealing with mental health issues because of the loss of my job and other things that compounded in my life.But it all started with losing my job at 1-800 got junk.I got hurt lifting a 8 man or 6 man hot tub.I didn't want to do the job didn't have the correct tools plus the customer didn't want the hot tub cut up in her well kept yard.After negotiations with my operation manager at the time they locked the job in for $800. I've been here ever since.I use it crushed a few things in my back.I didn't know what to do but the hot tub got removed.However I haven't been the same since.I have been depressed ever since.I pay child support for a child in Florida and helped to provide in the house I live in now.I lost it all that day well I struggled to work because of the pain and depression but what does a man do suck it up a do what you have to do.Thank my higher power for my partner she is a great person single mom, works full time.And helps me with my day to day tasks and helps me deal with my anxiety and depression and all the other issues by being understanding and unselfish.Thanks INSA for aiding me in another well mental health session.Thanks for the Springfield,Mass employee that are well trained or just understanding people can't find that to much...
