When I arrived, I was told something different and was made to feel like I had given the wrong information, which was frustrating and unnecessary. There were ongoing communication issues. I explained several times that I wanted a one-hour massage for myself and a 30-minute massage for my son, yet this continued to be misunderstood. At one point, we were told to go into the same room and instructed to undress together. I clearly said I was not comfortable with that, and my son also expressed discomfort. This should never have happened. Once in the room, there was no proper draping. I was told to lie on top of the sheet with only a small towel, which I have never experienced at a professional massage place. There was also no ambient music. Instead, music was played from a phone, and loud advertisements interrupted the massage multiple times, which was very jarring. The massage itself was rough and did not feel like a complete or professional full-body massage. On top of that, payment and tip were requested before the service, and there was visible attention paid to the tip afterward, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. This was meant to be a gift and ended up being stressful and disappointing. I would not recommend this place.
