There are also workshops, reiki, and more. All the teachers I've met so far are great, and they're very helpful when you have questions or problems with the poses. I am new to yoga and am just learning about all the benefits of practicing, but I can already tell a huge difference in my general well-being. I am looking forward to more classes at the Leaf.
