I walked in here last week to get a reflexology foot massage at 40 weeks pregnant. Anna took great care of me and I ended going back, bringing my mom, and getting another foot massage a couple of days later. They were extremely accommodating of my comfort and I'm convinced the points that they hit helped induce my labor. Such an excellent value for what they provide! Last night I went and got a full body massage for an hour a few days post birth with Linda and she took great care of me to help relieve tension from labor. Highly recommend to all of my pregnant (and Non pregnant) mommas to ensure you feel your best! So grateful to have this place right down the street so that I can get regular foot and neck massages. The massage is good, but there are a lot of interruptions and activity going on so it's not very relaxing. There are other foot massage places in town that are more relaxing atmosphere. But I will say that I haven't gotten a terrible massage there. That's done relaxed like I have it other massage places so I would say the quality is good. The ambience needs some work. read more

Best part-- Booked with Tom and the process was quick and simple! The place is actually pretty spacious on the inside and the rooms were nice. Tom was great and every few minutes he asked if I was okay with the pressure. It felt so good I fell asleep briefly (maybe even snored) lol the prices were inexpensive. The least favorite part- I ordered a full body 60min massage and yet the majority of it was spent on my upper body and glutes. He barely massaged my legs and my feet. I specifically remember him doing a quick rotation of my ankles and gripping my feet but that was it. I don't mind a masseuse taking initiative to get all the knots out my neck and back, but if it is a full body massage it should include all parts. If there is no time due to my tense muscles, then inform me of that. I decided to treat myself to a massage yesterday and because of finances I usually just do the 60 minute massage, but I decided to treat myself to the 90 minute combo massage, where you get half of the time, focused on your lower legs and feet, And then they have you go into a private room and get undressed, and then you get avMassage on the rest of your body. Her name was Amy and she was SOOOO good. I've had a lot of massages in my life, but this was one of the best I've ever had. I wish I could go to her once a week! I read the reviews and I have major spine issues so I was in extreme pain when I went in. The reviews were encouraging because I'm hesitant about massage that doesn't relieve my pain so I just don't go. And then I stay in pain. I called ahead they gave me a appt in the evening as I requested. I wanted deep massage and I was so lucky to get Jackson! He was tall and strong and one of my top 3 best massages ever and I have received a lot of massages over the years. I got a very good 1.5 hour massage for 90 bucks and I would have paid more if I knew it was going to be this amazing. Just had one of the most amazing massages with Tom. I read the review about being expected to top and was fully prepared not to be bullied into how much was appropriate to tip LOL! But within 5 minutes I was scheming on how to give this guy all the money in my wallet and still be able to run the rest of my errands... Can't speak for all the therapists there but mine was amazing. I especially loved the sign in the massage room that stated explicitly they would not put up with any sexual behavior. I did a 90 minute massage and wanted to leave around thirty minutes in. Towards the halfway point I asked if I could leave and just pay for the time I've spent but then the younger guy said he'd switch out for someone better but which I was pretty annoyed with them honestly giving me the "bad" guy to start with. I originally made an online reservation for Tom which I think was the guy who came in during the second half but then they stuck me with a younger guy who I doubt had any massage license let alone experience. I asked a few times during the first half of the massage if they could go stronger but just kept going at the same strength. I think maybe there are good masseuses here and I ended up with a not so great one so just be forewarned when coming here. read more

I paid $90 for an hour & 1/2 and gave $10 tips but they wanted me to tip $25 instead. In fact, they cheated me on time because the masseuse left the room few times to probably get towels and/or other items! I wasn't compensated for the lost time...not even a minute. When I asked to show me a sign that states a required tip percentage, they were unable to do so. I went to this place today for a 1 hour body massage. The girl was extremely rough, shook you while pushing down with what felt like all of her body weight. I thought a body massage was head to toe. She only rubbed the upper half of my body. From above my butt to my neck, arms and hands were short lived. My legs and feet never got touched. My lower back and shoulders are bruised from the hour massage and a mound of roughness and pressure that took place in only one area of my full body massage. Will not be returning. I love my massages, I don't live close by but when I get a chance to go in for a massage, Tom has been doing my massages and they are amazing . A secret gem!!! I've lived in Atascadero for over 3.5 years and today was my first visit. A friend and I did a soak at Sycamore Mineral Springs and were looking for a foot massage. We checked our trusty Yelp app and Zen Relax Spa looked like exactly what we were looking for. We called ahead and were able to make an appointment for two about 40 minutes later. Upon our arrival we were immediately greeted and decided to do the 30 minute body and 30 minute foot massage combo. Um....WOW!!! This service was above and beyond what I expected for the price. We were immediately whisked into a quiet, relaxing space and our experience began. These folks are massage practicioners who adjust the massage based on your body and problem areas. The massage was so thorough that I could not believe it all fit within the 60 minutes. Moving forward I will be getting all of my massages here!!! I was hurtin for certain when I came here this morning. Too much travel, crappy beds, surfing. My back and neck were so tight I could barely move. Tom gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I've ever had. It was painful, but when you are in pain like this, it's what you need. Tom did not waste time on parts that didn't need it. Right to work on my trouble spots. I'm scheduling another session next week. This place is very nice. Clean. I love the fact that the bedding did not have a strong scent. Just had my first foot massage last night...OMG! This place is amazing. I signed up for the 60min. Foot Massage but it was SO much more! Head and neck massage to start and then the feet... I thought that was the end until I was asked to flip over on my stomach and was treated to a full back and neck massage. It was amazing. I would suggest wearing a tank top so you have better access to those hard to reach spots. The back massage was done with a towel on top so at no point are you uncovered but he still had plenty of pressure to get those shoulder knots out. If you go ask for Tom. I took my friends suggestion and she was right... he was amazing! So kind and considerate of the amount of pressure. The location is very quiet and clean... the staff was so friendly and gracious. They had water waiting for us at checkout and wanted to make sure everything was ok. I will defiantly be back... by far the best $30 you can spend on yourself! What a gem! read more

This place is amazing! Not only was my massage absolutely AWESOME (from Tom) but the manager went out of her way to help me. I was in town overnight because my car broke down and had a splitting headache. I took an Uber over to Zen which was very clean and Tastefully decorated. When I was finished my phone battery was dead and she didn't have a cable to fit in Android so I couldn't contact my Uber driver... so the manager insisted she drive me back to my motel! ...And then to top it off a little while later the motel manager is knocking on my door and said that the manager from Zen had brought my coffee back over that I had left there!... We are talking about a throw away cardboard cup from 7-Eleven! Who does that!?? Thanks manager at Zen whose name I never got! You are an amazing human being! I've been going to see Tom for over 2 years. He is a very skilled masseur. Uses very deep pressure to all the right spots (don't book Tom if you don't like it deep!). Reads my body perfectly and adjusts the massage accordingly. I recommend the 90-minute combo. You start out in the reclining table for a foot soak, scalp, face, and upper body massage followed by a thorough foot/calf massage. You then go to a private room for full-body-face-down massage.
