We arrived and got checked in, then went over to the spa a little while after that and got checked in. You then go to the locker room and get changed, they assign you a locker which is easy to access as you put in your own code and don't need a key. You get into a robe, they've got sandals to wear too, and then go out and wait around for your massage therapist to arrive and take you to your room. The rooms have tons of space, a bath tub, showers, and then massage tables to lay on after some relaxation. The massage we got was a couples one and last about 90 minutes, it was very nice and I felt like a million bucks after it was over. Would return and do this again in a heartbeat.

I was excited to try Tracy Wellbeing Retreat because I've heard they're intentional about using organic and lower tox products. I booked a scalp treatment because I've always wanted to try one, so I knew that was the service I wanted to experience. The owner was training someone during my appointment, but they actually gave me a little extra time because of it. Based on my scalp type, the owner recommended a few products for me to use at home and even sent me home with a sample and an application brush for scalp masks.
