Customer service here is top-notch. They actually answer the phone and are genuinely helpful. When I visited in person, the staff was incredibly patient and never rushed me, even though I was cutting it close to closing time. (Sorry!) The ambiance is dark, which is oddly comforting, but the layout left room for improvement. I have never liked bar-style herbal shops where you have to ask for everything; I wish they had a proper shelf display so customers could browse each product individually. If you are looking for kratom, be aware that they have a limited brand selection and a small variety of forms, specifically stocking just beverages, concentrates, and tablets. However, quality makes up for the limited selection, as it is worth noting that all of their brands conform to American Kratom Association standards. read more

Best darn smoke shop I've ever been to. I'm a geek bar banana taffy freeze guy and haven't been able to find them anywhere. Jerry took the time to go through alternatives and recommendations. I ended up going with a Nexa frozen banana that was great tasting and close to what I was used too. Zen vapors as a store is very different to many other smoke shops I've been to, they focus on the relaxing and social aspects of smoking and vaping. I came to the shop looking for a replacement tank and I had met Jerry and joana, the owners, amazing energy and they hooked me to this store​​. It's a very nice spot to come and just relax and let off some steam. When they aren't working sonny is usually behind counter, he is pretty fun to talk to and he has great service when choosing all the options they have. Finally a vape shop that's not über far. Dan and Net are the owners and they are really friendly and knowledgable. This is my new go to vape store b/c of the convenient location and great customer service. It is located in the new plaza in Southern Highlands; by Speedy Mart, behind Bank of America. The vibe is really chill. They have a dark asian feel in their motif; lots of interesting art pieces on the walls. They're also the first vape shop I saw with a fish tank. The first time I visited the store I met the owners, Dan and Net. Dan was really funny and welcoming. Since they've opened I've been dropping by the store to pick up juice. I went by the shop again with my bf to get new coils for his vape. I wanted to write a review since Net did a superb job on the coils. The man knows how to build. First time at this shop. And since you got to be 21 and over now to enter it was interesting to know how many young kids try to get in. When I placed my order the guy ask to check for my identification that I was of age. I mentioned military and he offered 10% off which was a plus on my books. I don't usually go into vape stores but I was entertained by the huge fish tank they had in the front of the store. Filled with African cichlids but that's another story just because that is my hobby. Another interesting part of the store was the knives they had for sale and the different type of bongs. They don't just sell vape products but smoke products as well, knives and other cool gadgets. Located in a quiet plaza with lots of parking. Upon entry Clint greeted me with open arms, was very helpful and knowledgeable with everything that I had asked for. I needed a new juice and a coil replacement. He got it done in a flash. I also got fallen angel, I have been trying to find a cinnamon drip flavor and its just too strong to drip but fallen angel has a smidge of cinnamon and I love it. Hubbz got wisdom and mocha frap flavor and those are pretty good too. The workers are awesome. I didn't catch their names but the are chill, laid back and know their stuff.
