I have been coming here for years now. They used to be located by the south outlets but recently moved here. They have everything you would need here. From a huge supply of juices, mods, coils, disposables. It's very clean here and spacious inside. They also have a rewards program which is very helpful when consistently buying things every few weeks. Service was the best part. Clean shop, decent selection and knowledgeable staff. My mother was getting into vaping for the first time and buying for herself and my father. Both were happy with their purchases and the chosen devices. Only thing I wish they could have (which they may not be able to get for resale), is BlackNote brand vape juice. This place was terrible. The workers were ehh. I came in looking for salt nic juice with my brother and I didn't realize the juices were $20 for a 30ml until the payment was already going through. $20??? Most vape shops charge around $12 for a 30ml. I tried to just brush it off but when I got home, I noticed my honeydew juice was really dark, like almost brown. I know for sure juices aren't supposed to look like that but when they do, it usually means they are old or have been sitting out in sun exposure or temperatures that they aren't supposed to be in. So I couldn't even get any use out of that juice because it was just nasty. I called the store to see if I could return it or even exchange it for a different juice but they told me all sales were final and couldn't help me in any way. Very bad customer service, I definitely will not be returning. read more

Made a quick call, because my Vape place off Tropicana is out of Caliburn pods & have been for weeks! Mike was super knowledgeable on the phone & I could really tell he knew what was up! I was over here in this part of town, so I stopped in...Very Clean, very roomy, lots of selection & Mike was really kind (Jesse was cool too but just talked to Mike) and I will be back to get the new and improved Cali burn, which only takes the coils not the pods which I buy all the time! Soooo, I went in there and complimented the shop. Nothing from both of the workers. One of them (Pacman) ask what he could get me started with. I asked if he had subzero. He said no. I asked what he got that's icy and minty, and he pointed to some things. I asked what does he have that's fruity and minty, and he said that's a vague question so I have to give him more information. I said never mind just chose the first thing he pointed to me. When he asked if I wanted a receipt, I asked if he can text or email it to me cause I don't wanna waste paper. He said "if that's what you want" in an annoying and irritating tone. Overall, the store was nice and organized and they had a lot of options, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. Never going back there. So I've been a customer here for a long time. Mike and Jesse are phenomenal, great customer service and very knowledgeable. As for the people with complaints #1 you can't compare online prices to in store prices. #2 you might think certain prices of merchandise are too high well why don't you think twice first of all vape shop's taxes went up, location, rent, overhead. Be grateful they are open to serve customers. How many businesses closed during the pandemic but, this vape shop is still open. Walked in to pick up a bottle of juice, and this is the first vape shop I've ever been in that you aren't allowed to hit your own vape. The other location owned by the same owner is completely different. Manager at this location was extremely rude and had an attitude the entire time we were in there. When I finally decided what juice I wanted and went to pay for it, their card machine had issues and he tried to charge me twice. I showed him my bank account and showed him that the charge went through, and I had to refuse to be charged again multiple times before he rudely gave me the juice and said whatever, it's fine. Bought a vape from them that was $80, turns out that was an amazing deal because they're $120 everywhere else! On top of that, when I thought I broke it I went in to buy a new one and they used their own coils to help troubleshoot the issue for me and taught me how to troubleshoot problems on my own in the future.
