They helped me when i knew nothing about vapes yet. They walk me through it and was very patient with me. I didnt know which mod to get so they made me think what i would like to have. Small compact mod with big smoke or big mod with big smoke longer battery wear etc. Ended up buying these two mods so i can have one compact and an easy starter mod just a puff and go no worrying about wattage controls etc and one that does have that the other features. I was going to Break Time Vape for years until this guy Kiani sold me the incorrect coils and refused to exchange them. I sat through a long process of his testing my mod saying it was bad and wanted to sell me a new one but when I got home put in my old coil and it worked fine. Not only was the employee not knowledgeable regarding the wattage for my Kanger MIni but refused to exchange the incorrect for ones that work. You lost my business forever Break Time such a shame. Love this place!! It's so hard to find a vape shop near me that has a staff that doesn't make you feel dumb for not knowing much about vaping so I'm really happy I found this gem. Wilson is my boyfriend and I's go to guy whenever we come here. He always answers our questions and helps us out in the best way possible. Took it in for "30 day guarantee" which resulted in them "needing to test it first" and they would call me later that afternoon. No call, ever! Had to go in again on the 3rd day for them to just tell me "it's not defective". Well it is! The button still got stuck!!!. I'm taking my vape and my business somewhere else. SILLY TO LOSE A GOOD CUSTOMER OVER A $20 REPLACEMENT. Customer service is NOT high on their priority list. read more

Can I start out by how annoyed I am buying a product and then it just totally leaks and when I found out online about the reviews, it happens to be a major issue with that particular product. Shame on me for thinking the sales person is knowledgeable in the products he sells but I trusted it since hey, he works there right? I thought this place was pretty big. I came pretty late so there was only one guy working but he was pretty helpful and was able to find everything I was looking for. I ended up buying new coils and 2 juices. One that he recommended and one that I saw on yelp that I've never seen at any other vape shop or even online. I absolutely love this shop. I went a few weeks ago for my first time and met Steven. He was very knowledgeable in all the juices they had and let me try many of them since I am so picky. He was on a mission to help me find a flavor I loved and succeeded. Because of his incredible customer service, I decided to go in again. I've now been 3 times and have had a wonderful experience every time. I went in yesterday and I don't remember the name of the employee but he was also exceptional and knew so much about the selection they had. He also let me build my RDA in the shop so I could vape my new juice right away! They're always getting new juices and new best selling mods. It's such a comfortable atmosphere.
