I picked a couple of doors to compare only to be told one isn't available in my size. The quote finally came through as one generic line item that was more than double what the big boxes had quoted me. It didn't even split out the door and the installation charges. At any step of the way they could have simply told me my order wouldn't meet their minimum threshold and saved all of us a lot of time and effort. I ended up giving my money to a big box store.
