From the first contact to the installation, everything was seamless. Nick, my sales rep was timely and very well spoken. All my questions were answered. The office staff was excellent to deal with and gave us just the right amount of attention for updates on the progress of manufacture to setting the date for the install process. Right on schedule our installer arrived and worked nonstop. He was very experienced and all of his work was stellar. When we have our next set of windows done, we will request him. He was very professional, paid close attention to our landscaping and did as little disruption inside and out as was possible. His priority was to deliver what we wanted in our kitchen update. He guided us through the entire selection process and always gave us his input when we asked and made adjustments along the journey based on our feedback. He took the time to provide us numerous estimated costs for different options and actually in the end, they were under budget. Kevin and his installation team (headed by David) was very professional and detail oriented and it showed in the quality of their work. We were impressed with their exceptional craftsmanship with cabinet door, sink, hardware and painting installation. In addition, they left our home spotless after every visit from the first day through the last day of the project installation. In fact, there was a minor flaw in one of the cabinet doors and they installed it, but informed us immediately they ordered a new door to be re-installed upon arrival to their showroom. Their customer service was wonderful. Kevin and David stayed on their timeline through the entire journey, beginning to end. Snap, crackle, pop... actually only crack! And it was right in the middle of my super old patterned…read moreglass cabinet door. It was not a good feeling! I was left wondering how much it would cost (and even if it was possible) to fix it??? Short answer, it wasn't. Long answer, Les's Glass to the rescue. I drove to Les's Glass and showed them a piece of what was left. A very helpful guy came out from the back (forgot his name) and explained to me that although the glass I broke isn't made anymore, there are a couple patterns that come pretty close. A couple of choices were brought out and compared to the original. With his expert advice, a choice was made, glass was cut to spec and I was out the door in less than 15 minutes with what I thought was a very reasonably priced shiny new piece of glass. Upon arrival home the new piece slipped right in place and unless you have a well trained eye, you would never know it was a replacement pane. Need glass... check 'em out!

We replaced all of our old 1920s windows with glass block. They protected our finished basement while they worked, got everything done in a day, and cleaned up very well.
