All that was required was some caulking around the chimney flashing and the guys left for a total of about 30 minutes of actual time they were at our home. The bill came a couple weeks later at $525 ! The bill was not itemized, so we called for clarification. There was time for travel, okay, fine. There were materials such as gloves, caulk. Okay, makes sense, but still does not add up. "Oh and don't forget the $250 service charge." A service charge that was never mentioned until we questioned the bill. There are plenty of upfront and honest roofing contractors out there We will not be using Great Lakes again.
