It is a $500.00 pump, 30inch well that's very easily accessible- so an easy job, not pleasant but easy. We felt they were taking advantage of people in a bad situation, so we said no and they charged us $75! They could of told us $2400 via phone. We called a competitor, 16 yrs experience Master Plumber, $1250 and I received the same pump-A Zoellar 264 series! If Blessing was using a 267 series its a $40 upgrade, that's not making up $1200! they did refund our $75 after my wife left a review they solicited. Again, the plumber was spectacular, professional and polite but the company pricing is for the birds!

I just had such a terrible experience with Cummings Plumbing that I will not be using them again. Nick, the plumber who came to my home, was unprofessional and made the whole situation uncomfortable. First, he was cursing constantly while working, very inappropriate, especially with my kids in the house. It was really unsettling to have that kind of language in my house and it left me feeling uneasy as my husband wasn't home. To make matters worse, he didn't even tell me he broke the panel he needed to remove to access the plumbing behind the shower. I only found out after the fact when I saw the damage. On top of that, he removed shelving and clothing rods to get to the panel, but didn't bother to put anything back in place. He just left everything scattered on the floor, including my clothes! It was disrespectful and left me with a mess to clean up on top of everything else. I expected a lot more professionalism, especially for the price I paid. I will not be using Cummings Plumbing again and definitely would not recommend them to others.
