This school looks exactly how it looks, welcoming, friendly, and family oriented. When I walked in Professor Rose welcomed me and introduced me to Professor Dentinho. He led a great class on half guard passing and after I was able to roll with the members. After class, I spoke to a few of the members and they were all friendly and was happy I stopped by. The class was great and I had great training partners during our rolls. I highly recommend this school for locals AND visitors. They were kind to have my two boys trial the class twice before we decided to officially join. We are really happy with Coach Jackson and Coach Teddy, they are able to keep the boys engaged and excited to learn. Also, every class there are always additional coaches and older students assisting with the younger class. One thing my boys look forward to each class is fireball at the end! Every class my boys count their attendance, eager for their next stripe. This gym keeps track of each kids attendance diligently with an attendance card. Coach Dianne does a really amazing job managing all of that and more! I have been super impressed with this gym, I myself have joined the combative classes. So far I am really enjoying all the lessons, I feel safe and encouraged during each class. You can really tell that Coach Jackson cares by the way he teaches us. He talks with you, and he actually work out with you. He doesn't just sit or stand there and tell you what to do. His work out is super duper intense but it's well worth the money. I couldn't do it all in the first session but he's been patient with me. I've been training with him for awhile and have lost 30lbs. I'm not doing the mma or boxing training. Just the lose weight program he got. I get to eat whatever I want, as long as I'm doing his exercises, I'm still losing the weight I need. I know $100 an hour seems a lot but like I said, it's worth it, and he also throws in a couple free training sessions or discounted price if you book with him continuously.
