I've done martial arts off and on for years, and this style has been by far the most practical and fun. The instructors Professors Joe and Jason as well as their assistants really care about teaching, and work hard to give their students the best training possible. There are multiple classes throughout the day to help cater to different work schedules, and the gym is always clean and well maintained. The training is tough and well thought out so you get the most out of each class. There are also free weights and heavy bags to use at your convenience. Great gym and knowledgable instructors! Had one of the best workouts I've had in a while doing the boxing class on Tuesdays and Thursday nights. Really push you in the workout as well as teach you REAL boxing! No wimpy gym, they are a real full contact gym but know how to train without hurting anyone. Prof. Joe Soliz has Pro level boxing experience and Instructor Lance Findley knows what he's doing as well and also has experience.
