Absolutely amazing nut cheeses, even for someone who isn't vegan. The sun dried tomato and basil nut cheese is to die for!

Everyone who lives in Vaudreuil and those who follow the exclusive group page kept recommending…read morethis grocery store for real authentic charcoal grill meats and middle eastern cuisine. I come here often to order some ready made meals For dinner. A great option if you're not in the mood to cook. The only issue is the time and availability. You must call in advance to order as they don't keep anything ready and prepare it on call. Last time I remember calling in to pre-order the chicken grilled charcoal but recently was a bit bummed.. I didn't know that it was absolutely necessary to pre- order at least 45min- an hour beforehand. I believe it's way to long of a wait and super inconvenient. The chicken we ordered was dry and way too overcooked. They cook it way too long in my opinion. Recently, I decided to just order what was already ready. They had some BBQ chicken ready and rice was really good and delicious no charcoal grill this time. (3.5 ish for the dish) The grocery store itself is superbe ! A fine selection of food items available on site lots of Middle East items available to purchase that you can't get at your regular grocery store. Got some paneer cheese around 5$ for a thick 600g block so I'm pretty happy about that. The items are very pricey so don't recommend shopping here for anything generic but specialty products are pretty good and worth buying here if you live around the area rather than driving far into montreal/ west island. Overall, pretty small little authentic middle eastern place to check out for sure if you're looking for something extra and different.

Original review: So Almost Perfect is a chain with several locations. Prior to my visit to this Brockville location, I had only ever been to the Toronto location. I would say that the Brockville location is comparable to the Toronto location. Almost Perfect is a grocery store outlet. They sell items that are "almost perfect" like mis-formed chocolate bars, or broken cookies. They also sell items that are approaching their best-before date or discontinued products, like things in flavours that didn't sell well. Their prices are cheap, cheap, cheap. I got some kale chips that usually sell for $6.99 a bag at Loblaws for only $3.33 a bag (the "best-before date" was 3 months from the date of purchase, so not bad at all). They had lots of Udi's gluten-free breads going for $10 for 3 loaves. They had Annie's organic gummies for $2.99 a box. Inventory changes regularly, so it's a surprise with every visit :) This location is a stand alone store (not in a strip mall). There's an attached parking lot with free parking. Staff are super nice and helpful. They only take cash or debit. No credit cards. This place is awesome. If I lived in Brockville, I would go every week!

Emphasis on "super"…read more This used to be a Loblaw's, but the Provigo chain has undergone a multi million dollar project to expand, rebrand and renovate some of their existing stores. The Saint Sauveur location is a star child of this facelift. You're entering a 64,600 sq. ft. showpiece that is bright, well lit and spacious. Upon entering you'll first notice a massive patisserie counter with cupcakes, macarons and other gourmandises. Fresh produce will be a few steps behind. The new concept has a selection of "boutiques" along the perimeter, like a deli counter, charcuterie, oyster/shrimp bar and cheese counter with the prettiest 2 feet tall glass fridge containing an impressive array of local and imported cheeses. There is also a Joe Fresh collection of apparel for adults and children. The Loblaws/Provigo brand excels in going above and beyond to turn grocery shopping into an experience. The food is premium and gourmet, sampling stations are delish. Everything was taken into consideration, there's nothing boring or traditional about this store, even the floor is a popping orange. To make your shopping trip more enjoyable, the couple times I went over the holidays, they had a live jazz band playing! If you were dragged along and didn't feel like shopping, take a seat at the cantine and make use of their free wifi! Yes the prices are higher than what you would find at other grocery chains, this location caters to tourists and skiers - however if you're purchasing specialty goods, it is worth it, you'll find things that are uncommon elsewhere.
