Operating like this shows a serious lack of accountability and basic standards. It's frustrating to see a skilled therapist working in an environment that's so poorly managed. Clients are paying for a professional experience, and the clinic is failing to deliver on even the most basic level. Management needs to get it together. After posting this review, I received an email from management that was extremely aggressive and rude. Businesses often ask customers to leave reviews, but when honest feedback is shared, some responses include threats instead of accountability. Check-in was easy to do and my RMT was thorough when explaining to me what we would be working on that day and kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable. She worked out alot of the knots on my neck and upper back and I left feeling like a new person. They also do direct billing which was so helpful and made the whole process much easier.
