I've visited multiple times, Every time I walk inn it's very evident, that they pick and chose who they approach, they will avoid you if you don't 'look' a specific way. Or insist on someone helping you place an order, but mostly they thrive on their design consult. It's really remarkable and offensive. Here's an example tat any working parent can relate too, On days I'm working were generally dressed well, I certainly get a very different reaction and treatment HERE, vs. When I'm running errands in a track suit hair up in a messy bun it u set a hat , with my children. I specifically came inn today for. $$2,6k over sized acrylic and glass coffee table, as well as a $3k chandelier for our foyer, however... due to the reaction and all those free /unoccupied employees walking past me, on the floor and in the back in the dales area, next to their office. Let's start with the customer service: Vanette is the most friendly, down to earth, and amazing sales associate I have spoken to in a long time. As another retail employee, I model my service on hers. I spent probably 15-20 minutes just chatting with her - she didn't make me feel pressured or unwelcome in any way, which is much appreciated (and to be honest, can be rare nowadays). I appreciate the good customer service. I am more of a mid century modern guy while this collection is very contemporary. However, I still like a lot of their things personally (huge, gorgeous live edge acacia dining table made me wish I had a bigger apartment). TL;DR: this store has out of this world customer service and a very nice collection. Vanette really deserves to be recognized as she is outstanding.

The store refuses to take it back or exchange indicating that apparently I had agreed to buy it damaged which was a total lie. I showed them my receipt where there was no indication that I was buying a damaged product...well they just don't care and indicated that apparently they are right and I am wrong. I am stuck with the damages dresser that I paid a full price for, they don't care about customer service told me to call head office, head office has done nothing...whole experience total nightmare and worst customer service. Being a nice man I gave them benefit of the doubt without taking any action. After a few months I decided to pay them a visit again as their price for leather sofa seemed to be unbelievably low. Sales person who was showing me around claimed to be the owner and confirmed name and locations against BBB database with 'F' rating On a scale of A+ to F and 96 complains. She showed me quite a few so called leather collection. During every show I asked her 'is it made of pure top grain leather?'. She confirms "yes, these are of pure top grain leather." Then it occurred to my mind, how can they sell a top grain leather sofa half the price of other stores. So I decided to go behind one of the sofa I chose to buy and I could locate a piece of material hanging out. It was fabric with synthetic leather like outer shell. I then called the sales rep aka owner and offered to show what I found out. The rep refused to observe and suddenly her nice voice became outrageously loud and kept yelling, "I am the owner and I am saying this is made of pure leather". This confirms that the owner was intentionally lying and tried to sell a product through misrepresentation. Watch out what you buy from this store. Recently I did some digging around, I found out that there are some dishonest business owners opening and closing makeshift warehouse like furniture stores in a short span of time. The same owner closes and opens another store in different name. So there is no warranty/ customer service history in reality. I myself faced this twice in past few years. It's worth paying a few dollars extra to a genuine established Canadian company. Today they are named as roomsonline.ca or Rooms furniture and accessories. So far I know, the same owner has another branch on 5150 Dixie Road, Mississauga and Burlington. This should definitely be up for investigation.
