I called Sueppel's in May about a deck and siding job. A guy came out to look at the house in mid-June, said he could do the job, explained what he'd do, and then I never saw or heard from him again. I called in mid-July to ask what was up, and the lady sounded a little offended. She told me that they were busy and that the guy was on vacation and would get a bid to me when he got back in early August. It's now late August and I haven't heard a peep. I understand being busy, but the response to a customer you turn out not to have time for is not "you can **** yourself and wait till whenever", it's "Hi, I'm very sorry, we don't have time to get this done in any reasonable timeframe, but here's someone else I recommend and he's expecting your call. Sorry to have inconvenienced you." Yep. Not a fan.

We knew we paid significantly more for this job than what we would have paid with the competitors. Mike will also not give me my down payment on the new ones or the warrant paperwork on the 2 installed in 2018! I have sent several emails and texts with no response!
