I called Sueppel's in May about a deck and siding job. A guy came out to look at the house in mid-June, said he could do the job, explained what he'd do, and then I never saw or heard from him again. I called in mid-July to ask what was up, and the lady sounded a little offended. She told me that they were busy and that the guy was on vacation and would get a bid to me when he got back in early August. It's now late August and I haven't heard a peep. I understand being busy, but the response to a customer you turn out not to have time for is not "you can **** yourself and wait till whenever", it's "Hi, I'm very sorry, we don't have time to get this done in any reasonable timeframe, but here's someone else I recommend and he's expecting your call. Sorry to have inconvenienced you." Yep. Not a fan.

We knew we paid significantly more for this job than what we would have paid with the competitors. But we are confident that they took the time to do the job correctly and catch problems such as a carpenter ant infestations etc. We love driving up to our home and looking at the results.

Mike will also not give me my down payment on the new ones or the warrant paperwork on the 2 installed in 2018! I have sent several emails and texts with no response! When we started the process of getting our new windows things went smoothly. We were able to get a…read morequote and the second measurements just fine. The issue came in an email I received weeks after saying, the quote had been changed to add an additional $500 worth of labor and materials. I voiced that if our original quote could not be honored we would have to go with a different company. They responded quickly saying they would begin the cancellation process of our order. Overall my dealings with them weren't horrible but I know at the company I work for, we would have eaten the cost of the quote change because we had already given our customer a price. No attempt to even make an offer or deal was offered. So I guess if you have deep pockets you'd be fine, but for people on a budget this experience was bad. We will be looking at other places to solve our window issues.
