Extremely disappointed. When quoted and measured, was told something that was not installed…read more Stated we wanted we wanted trim to look "exactly" like the other side! Was told sure we can do that. Then the installer said we can't after the floors were put in. How can you tell someone your going to do something they asked for and then after it's installed, told you can't. Lack of communication. Floors were not clipped together entirely. Dishwasher floor panel was ripped off and can't be put back on. Baseboard under cabinet was cracked in half. Door entrance flooring was cut too short so filled with caulking (could see mat cushioning). When did caulking noticeably enlarged gaps become professional work? Extremely frustrating. I asked the owner, who is a friend of my father to come take a look and see the work done, but sent his worker. Would never recommend. Living with it 5 months later, still disappointed. See pics
