This location doesn't provide an eat in option. We were promptly greeted and it took about 15 minutes to receive an order of two small pizzas. They have a wide variety of options for dinner. Prices are reasonable...maybe, a little high. I don't think our order was correct. I called my co-worker to inform him I had his pizza. He had the correct one. Instead of the Californian, I think we received two barbecue chicken pizzas. It was a little spicy but it was pretty good. I was able to eat from it three times. It was an okay dining option. Stop #4 of 4 during Cleveland Pizza Week. After watching the Browns lose to the Patriots, I needed a good pizza to ease the pain. I live right down the street from Zeppe's, and often visit to get Calzones or Zepperoni rolls. However, I hadn't really tried the pizza, and thought this would be a good time to try it. As with all places during pizza week, the specials were $8. However, Zeppe's was one of the few places with multiple specials, which was a nice option. I selected the Meatball Pepperoni Parmesan pie, and it was a great selection. The meatballs were freshly made, as they made a new batch as I waited for the pizza. Taste wise, it was almost like eating a really good lasagna in pizza form. This location does everything well, whether it's calzones, pepperoni rolls, and pizza. I'll continue to be a regular, and will make it a point to try more of the pizza options. read more

If you've never tried this place, do it! Everything here is good. We love their pizza, especially the twisted crust. My personal favorite is their Aglio E Oilo (white pizza). Most places their white pizza has cheap alfredo sauce on it. Not theirs. It's garlic and olive oil as it should be. Their red sauce pizza is good too. They are generous on their toppings, all of which are fresh. The calzones are amazing! We love the Zeppes Calzone. If you love cheese, try the Big Cheese one. In the mood for a sub, those a great too and you get fresh made chips with it. Whatever you chose, add some wings to your order. Our favorite is the Dry Rubbed Cajun. So, next time you're thinking about pizza, give them a try. You won't be disappointed. read more

I am only rating 4 stars because the food is good..the people don't even wish and i ordered wings and a chicken wrap and lady took my order..mostly many restaurants have a policy of customer first but here its different after my order i think she was hungry so she had a slice of pizza outside in a nice breeze..i am not saying it's wrong but do not do it in-front of a customer and after 10 min she started making my order and there is also another person working inside and she said not another f wrap..so next time when i come just say what is easy for you i'll order that..but finally the wrap and wings are amazing but bad customer service. read more

Phone rings, employee answers, before you can get a word out of your mouth, you are greeted with a "Welcome to Zeppe's, can you hold please" [CLICK}. After holding for several minutes, I call and get the same "Welcome to Zeppe's, can you hold please" [CLICK}. After 2 or 3 times getting the same thing, I hang up and call somebody else. My girlfriend decided to get some pizza. I haven't been had Zeppies in a while . I see now why I haven't. The pizza was like warm when we got it. The driver didn't even have the pizza in a warmer unit !! Forgot the garlic sauce ugh. Then we commenced to eat. It was Nasty!! Will definitely not be going back there no more!! Used to be great then they screwed up my order and have continued to do so every single time. It has been at least a year since they have gotten it right. I love the food so I continue to give them chances to redeem themselves and they never do. This location USED to be good. Last 3 times I ordered (and each time it was simply a pepperoni pizza) there was so much sauce and cheese and grease that the toppings virtually soaked through the crust and made it super soggy. Last time I asked for the pizza well-done they burnt the hell out of it. Plus the employees always act like you're putting them out when they're taking your order over the phone. read more

This is my favorite pizza spot. We usually order a large w/pepperoni & extra cheese. They cook it perfect everytime.

I've given this place way too many chances. The pasta is always lacking sauce and is cold, the bacon on the subs isn't cooked all the way, and delivery NEVER arrives when they say it will. I live 2 miles away and one time it took an hour and a half to get my food, not to mention it tasted horrible, and to top it all off I was missing multiple items.
