Great little spot to catch a Browns game. The place was quaint, divish (in a good way) and the patrons seemed like regulars and friendly. The bar was a big horseshoe and could accomodate about 20 customers, and the place had several tables in it. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. The food was good, I only had some fried appetizers while watching the game, but several of the customers had meals that looked great. They also featured a lunch special. I am not sure what other spots are around down in Twinsburg, so this will be my spot when I find myself down in this neck of the woods. read more

My husband and I have been coming here for years. Food was good. Not tonight. Quesadillas were good. Ordered the fish which I've had before. It was horrible!!! Dried out, over cooked! Drinks. Orderedong Island Iced Tea. As soon as saw them we knew there was a problem - too much Coke. We mentioned this to the waitress as well as not enough sour mix. We drink a lot if Long Islands. Over the course if the night they did not improve. I can see if a different person made them, but she made the drinks. Very sad. read more

Horrible. We walked in and made fun of by the bartender. Food was fine. But an extremely drunk patron was continually being served till he could not keep his eyes open. He was then given water. A bit to late. We were ready to leave and they were encouraging him to leave. I was uncomfortable. Afraid for this man to be on the road. He would kill someone else or himself. I did call the police. Of course all knew it was me. But we walked out heads held high. Twinsburg treated this man with respect. More than the owner or the bartender. I will never go back again. This is my second time being here for lunch and the first time was a very positive experience. First time the food was good and service was good as well. Second time going here was not the same experience. Service was good as always. Food on the other hand was not very good. Mozzarella Wedges had hardly any cheese in them... Do not get them. My friend got the loaded tots and the cheese was cold. Buffalo chicken wrap was good and my friends chicken Cesar wrap she says was ok. My garlic waffle fries were drenched in garlic sauce which I couldn't finish them. Our soft drinks were warm and flat. I think it's safe to say that will be our last time going back. read more

We stopped for a burger and brew. We had the brew but the special was a coney dog and fries. We went with it. All beef dog and great coney sauce. The waitress was very attentive and the cook even checked on us after he delivered our food. Prices are great too. We live south by an hour but we will be back. read more

Absolutely one of the best "bar food" places that I have visited. The food was delicious and better than some cookie cutter chain restaurants. The Cajun Chicken Alfredo was superb. Me and my dudes go to Twinsburg all the time had to go and check this place out. Man, first off, anyone that says this place is the good, what the f*** is wrong with you? I recommend going to Tailgators or Pannis. The food and service at this place sucks. The waitresses were horrible and straight up bia-tchs up there. This dumba$$ blonde couldn't get our food right and we did get it, the hamburger, it was raw and the cheese sticks we got was just breading. Where the f*** was my cheese? They gave me new cheese sticks and it was the same, just breading. Again where the f*** was my cheese? Biat-ch did nothin. Love this bar! Stopped by for the first time when I was visiting my boyfriend's family. Stephanie, the owner, is sincerely such a sweetheart, and did a fantastic job on this place. Great service, lively atmosphere, everything you're looking for in a bar and grille. They're always putting the customer first, so don't believe the hype. Arrived Sunday at 12 a few minutes after 5 friends. Food apparently comes in rounds. First 2 meals arrived after 30 minutes. 2nd two meals arrived 5 minutes later. A fifth sandwich came 10 minutes later. The last 2, ours, arrived 25 minutes after that. Keep in mind there were only 2 other people in the bar and they weren't eating. Sorry Adam C. I went to Sassy's to form my own opinion and have to agree with Melissa S. on some points. My husband & myself went on a Sunday afternoon around 1 p.m.. Before we even got in the door I noticed Twinsburg police followed us in the lot and slowly pulled in front of the establishment, probably running plates. When we got into Sassys there was 3 other customers at the bar and they also noticed the police. The manager went outside to see what the issue was, needless to say she's not fond of the police. I guess they feel the cops are harassing their patrons. Unfortunately, this day an age police harassment still continues, I grew up with it going to predominately Caucasian Catholic schools in predominately Caucasian neighborhoods so that doesn't phase me. Sassys itself has good modern decor, decent size inside, patio, stage for a band, good customer service from the barmaid. Now, the menu is a little pricey for bar food. The menu consist mainly of appetizers (nachos, fried pickles, mozzarella sticks) wings, salads, burgers, and sandwiches. We got our food to go after the whole police fiasco. My husband ordered the so called homemade nachos with cheese and jalapenos. He was not impressed by the menu & had a few choice words after we left, he was not happy with his food. Like Melissa S. stated in her review, the nachos are nothing more than store bought chips they threw in some hot grease put some cheese sauce and jalapenos on. Since our food was to go, when he ate a chip in the car he fussed furiously said they weren't even hot let alone warm and said I shouldn't have left a $5 tip. After seeing on the news that minimum wages in Ohio are increasing but tipped workers only make $3.83, I can't make myself do that. I ordered a flatbread with limp crabmeat for $9. There was hardly any crabmeat on the flatbread, more cheese, caramelized onions and roasted red peppers. By the words of my husband we won't be back, he'd rather go to Tailgators. My wife and i were at Sassy,s last night and the place was packed. Everyone there was having a great time. It was a pleasure to witness a new facility have such a great turn out of people. We had a chance to talk to the sole owner of Sassy,s named Stephanie " the girl is sweetie" . This place has a lot of family support and this is just awesome. I've been to Sassy's a number of times. The clientele has varied each time, but the staff has been consistently good. Very friendly and engaging. Owner is top notch! The facility itself is very modern and classy. I can't think of a bar in the area that compares to it in this regard. Nice variety of beers on tap and a good variety on the menu with the kitchen open late. They also have some good happy hour specials and weekday specials. Plenty of free parking right outside the door. Whenever I have friends I want to impress, this is where I go. read more

Wow..by far the worst bar experience of my life. I've been to Sassy's and have been very happy, but this experience tonight has deterred me to the greatest. I, myself, as well as my friends, live locally to Sassy's (Ravenna Woods,Whitewood Apts, Pebble Creek Apts), but regret to inform, that we will never return. The amount of disrespect I endured was beyond anything I have gone through in my life. I, first stepped into Sassy's (as a regular) but did not have my ID with me, which is definitely understandable. I left Sassy's, went over to my apartment, grabbed my passport, presented to the bar tender (Nikki), and was treated in the rudest manner. I might not be the most regular customer, but last I checked a passport was a FEDERAL ID, that was acceptable at most reputable businesses. I was informed that this was not the case at Sassy's, although I was one to taste the latest pumpkin beers with the owner in the few weeks past (VEGAS BOYS). Once I asked for the reason of this policy, I was brushed off in the rudest manner. I was not fortunate enough to even get the bar tenders attention to get an acceptable explanation. This by far has to be the worst experience I''ve had at a local bar/restaurant in my life, and will make sure none of my friends family return. I hope someone instructs "Nikki" how to be a people person, as I am very sure she will fail in her life with this attitude. read more

Strange experience......but the food was good. This is a bar that has a limited menu--burgers, wraps, nachos, etc. We arrived about 6:30pm on a Thursday. A few minutes after we sat down, one of the bartenders and a customer began yelling across the bar and swearing. Not fighting, this just seemed to be their normal way of speaking. We ordered wings and burgers. The server brought a bowl for the wing bones, and 2 small tray-like containers. She said that is what they were using for plates because the shipment of plates had not come in. And, they were wet because they just came out of the dishwasher and we might want to wipe them out. Hmm...... The wings, burgers, and fries were all good, but there are many other places to go that have a more pleasant and professional atmosphere. read more
