I had orders from my wife to get the windows tinted. I procrastinated. When she finally got mad, I had to find a place. I pulled in and was met by Steve. Zero Tint was the first place I went to that showed me a price list. All other shops quoted me a price after they saw me; making me wonder if they profiled me and my car before giving me a quote. They use Johnson film. For a higher price, they could use 3M. But why when there is a lifetime warranty? I could've made a same day appointment on Sunday, but, instead I made it on Monday instead. They were waiting for me when I arrived on Monday morning. I waited in their waiting room while they were working on my car. They have a couple of sofas for you to sit on. Chocopies and drinks are available if you are hungry or thirsty. A TV monitor is available in the waiting room so that you can watch them work on your car. While I was waiting, Steve came in and told me that the rear passenger window was damaged from weld splatter from bad body work that the previous owner didn't tell me about. About an hour later, the work was almost finished, but Steve was not happy with the work and informed me that it would take about 15 minutes more as they would redo the rear window. Steve and his crew did a wonderful job with my car. The tint job looked great. There are no bubbles in any window except for the damaged window. It showed that they cared about their work. I definitely would come here again if my wife ordered me to get my windows tinted. read more

Absolutely Horrible, rude, and childish. I would not recommend!!!!! I went at around 9 am this morning and was nearby and wanted to ask a question. I got to the "Zero Tint" Location, and I got out to ask the "looks like the owner" a Question. After about one sentence, he cut me off with no patience and presumed to ask me a question I was going to ask him. I have never felt so disrespected and a lack of customer service. Mind this, it was said with a disrespectful tone, and the other guys in the shop heard and did nothing, which means there is corruption. I said "ok" and went back to my car and then drove away. I proceeded to call the location and told them, "They should not be treating customers like this, and to let people finish their sentences." He proceeded to say, "You know what!" before I hung up the phone. Meaning he was about to go off on a customer... "Trash," in my opinion. Solid experience here. I was looking to tint my window and the owner gave his professional opinion on my selection. He understood the type of car and how much tinting would get to my desired state. They spent about an hour to tint 5 windows on my car, and the entire time I was able to stay in their waiting area. After the installation, they gave a run down along with the life time warranty.
