Scheduling was easy, and I was able to get an appointment the following Saturday morning. I dropped off my car and took a walk to a nearby café to have breakfast while they worked on it. They also have a nice air-conditioned waiting room if you prefer to wait on-site. I returned about 90 minutes later, and waited while they finished up. I take great care of the car, but every time they're done with it, it looks better than day one off the dealer floor. Steve informed me that the PPF and ceramic coating was in great shape. He also educated me that the ceramic coating on the hood wears faster than the rest of the car. They re-coated the hood for no extra charge. What service! Again, I left Elevance very happy with my initial choice to have them apply everything and returning annually for their customer only inspection and detail service. Steve and his staff are extremely professional and friendly. If you need PPF, wrapping, ceramic coating, or window tint, check out my previous reviews and go with Elevance!

He has been very responsive at every…read morereach anytime I've had issues, although the resolutions may not be to complete satisfaction. However, the more I continue to see all the errors and defects on my vehicle the more dissatisfied I feel about the results. There are multiple areas crinkling and bunched up, even right after my wrap and more so now down the line. I've added some photos for reference but there are waaaay more I'm not posting that I'd like to count. My biggest issue that has been on my mind to this day is that my cars mileage increased 30 miles from when I initially dropped it off. I brought this issue up to Steve and he explained it's because they did my wheels, the body work, and test drove it but thirty miles is excessive in my opinion. One of his workers I feel definitely took my car for a joy ride and perhaps Steve is covering for them. The mileage doesn't bother me, it's the negligence, irresponsibility, and disrespect for my property of whoever drove my car. Again, Steve has been responsive since day one but his staff (who worked on my vehicle) on the other hand fell very short of the quality and expectations his shop seems to give out through their platforms. I feel like I was one in the hundreds of people who had a really bad job done. No one is perfect and I'm just that one mistake of a customer, unfortunately. All in all, zero stars for the wrap job and 3 stars for Steve's efforts and customer service and 4 stars for the body work and wheels. However, I would recommend to keep an eye on your odometer when you drop it off since it seems like his employees might have an inclination to have some fun when no one is looking or when the "test drive" is being done. I have a camera in my vehicle but when I checked it someone disconnected it almost immediately after dropping it off according to the time stamps. Little sus to me. Thank you, Steve for your kindness and doing your best to resolve each issues you may not have had your hands on directly but if I could truly resolve my dissatisfaction (especially for the money I paid) I'd prefer to redo my wrap in all the area it was defective.

Later I learned that shortcuts like poor cleaning, improper primer application, or not allowing the adhesive to cure properly can lead to leaks, wind noise, and even reduce the windshield's ability to protect you in an accident. When I went to OC Windshields, they took the time to explain the entire process. They showed me why quality urethane adhesive matters, why proper preparation is so important, and why rushing a windshield installation can create problems down the road. I realized I wasn't just paying for a piece of glass I was paying for safety, experience, and peace of mind. Sometimes the cheapest option ends up costing more. If you are on a time budget, schedule the weekend or something. I was late to get back to work. The work itself was good and the Xpel XR nano-ceramic tint is truly an excellent product. VERY good heat reduction I've notice inside my car on these hot hot summer days. Definitely would recommend their service, but be mindful of your time in case it isn't a 'quick' pickup.

So huge thank you to Kenny. I got a fast quote through Yelp within an hour. Better price than anywhere near me in Laguna Niguel. Was worth it to drive out to Sante Fe Springs. Got there early and he greeted me with great customer service. Nice new place they have to wait inside with huge window to see all the work getting done while you wait. Also had wifi in the waiting room with free drinks. I was able to get work done on the laptop while waiting. Finished on time as quoted and the job was one of the best I had on my Audi A6. Its been a week now and I finally got to roll my windows down and wash my car, super stoked on the job. Lifetime warranty and even got a free gift before I left. Had my 2025 Camry tinted by Star Window Tint back in July and they really took care of me. Got 35% on the front sides and 5% in the back. Still holding up great, no bubbles or peeling. They took the time to explain the difference between ceramic and regular tint, and I ended up going with the regular. No pressure, just honest info and solid work. Super happy with how it turned out. Was going to go home disappointed, but was able to get a same day appointment at Star Window Tint. I got my Model Y tinted here when I first picked it up this year! While I must admit I haven't heard of the ceramic tint that he recommended nor could I find reviews of it online, the tint came out great and Kenny was very fast and efficient with installing! I would have liked it darker to match the rear windows, but the ceramic tint keeps the heat out. For the price, I could not be happier with the results. read more

7/14/25 - Honest Experience With a Quote…read more Before reading this, just know I tried my best to be transparent and respectful in this review. I was looking online for a place to install aftermarket taillights on my civic and came across this shop. Yelp AI actually recommended them to me, so I decided to stop by for a free estimate. I expected a fair quote for a relatively simple job--at most, removing some trunk paneling. To my surprise, they quoted me $190 for the installation. That felt excessive considering this is a pretty basic install that mainly involves unscrewing a few clips and bolts. I've done light car work before, and I knew this wasn't something highly technical or time-consuming. I mentioned that other places quoted me slightly over $100, and at that point, I figured I'd rather just do it myself. It felt like the difficulty of the job was being exaggerated, and the price didn't reflect the actual labor involved. To be clear, I'm not rating them 1 star because I didn't go through with the service, and I'm not trying to harm the business. This review is mostly to inform others to expect significantly higher pricing here, at least in my experience. Overpricing may vary shop to shop, but I think transparency and fairness in quotes is something customers value--especially when comparison shopping.
