The manager was such a bully to me, it was awful. I asked for a specific item and the individual gave me the wrong one, I tried returning the unopened package for a trade in for the correct package and the manager told me there's no way in hell he will ever help me, his words, not mine. I then told the manager that it's not an issue, I will just charge it off at the bank because it's not the correct one and he said if I do that then he will be showing the bank that I purchased it. This company is shady if you ask me, they gave the wrong one and now I'm paying for it and when I politely ask how this can be rectified he chewed me out. I didn't even do anything wrong! During this pandemic, I know businesses are hurting so it makes me feel bad to leave a horrible review but I was straight up bullied you guys. I have never been treated so poorly from a company before. I called back to get a clear response and the manager took the phone off the hook after hanging up on me. Came to this place and began looking at the mobile vape pen case. Soon a young lady came and asked me if I needed help I said I was looking for a mobile vape pen for flowers. she said hold on and then a gentleman came over and I told him the same thing. Right away he starts showing me 3 in ones and I said no I don't have a need for a 3 and 1 as I don't utilize concentrates ; I'm only looking for a mobile vape pen for flowers! He then makes it seem like they only have one kind and to be honest it just wasn't as high end as I was looking for so then I Wander over to the other side of the case and I see they have a vast selection of mobile vape pens so then he starts showing me the volcano Vape which is a desktop vape and not a mobile Vape at all. At this point I decided not to even discuss with him that the desktop Vape would not be what I was looking for as I was looking for a mobile vape and decided that this guy knew nothing about my needs or even caring to listen to what I want so I decided to just look myself so I asked him about the Atmos RX pen. It was priced at 45.99 plus tax and he said that it's a very good pen and he could even sell me a glass screen to use. Well lo and behold when I get home I find out that this is not a mobile vape pen at all! It is is an e pipe. I specifically told him I am not looking for any e-pipes! I am not looking for a combustion on the flowers, but rather, I am looking for a vape... a mobile Vape at that! He did not listen to my needs at all and to add insult to injury he even had the nerve to insult me at the cash register by saying that he could sell that exact same pen in Mesa for double the price and then he commented "welcome to Phoenix" in a sarcastic tone. read more

I have been going to Zerona ever since they opened, I have bought many many e-cigs there and the vapor liquids constantly. I have spent hundreds of dollars there but I will NEVER go back again!! The reason is I had bought a $45.00 e-cig from them four days ago and it does not work right so I went back today to return it, we'll guess what they would not let me return it or give me store credit! I spoke with a young man that said he was the owner and he said he can't lose money so I would have to contact the company that makes it. He not once offered to replace it or anything at all!! I have never been so disappointed with a business in my life! I will from now on be taking my business to the smoke shop on 16th Street and Bell Rd. Where at least they care about their customers! Alright so this is one of the only e-cig shops close to where I live. I just moved here and I was desperately in need of a new battery. I also was thinking of buying a new tank. When we drove up to the location, we saw a big buiding that read "smoke shop" on it. I was a little confused because at first I thought this was exclusively a "vape" shop but we hesitantly went in anyway. Once inside, we were instantly greeted and overwhelmed with the inventory. Upon first glance, this looks like an ordinary run of the mill smoke shop. When I asked if they had e-cig supplies, one of the workers, "Pipe" very eagerly directed me to a ginormous case of batteries, wicks, cases, etc, you name it- they had it. I had explained to him the problem I was having and he knew exactly how to fix it- and he didnt evey try to sell me a new tank, which I was sure was the problem! I did get the new battery I needed and took his recommendation as far as which one to go with. I was incredibly happy with it and took it with me. Being a creature of habit, I can say that this will definitely be my go-to place for any e-cig parts or supplies I need. I really like to browse here after I stuff myself at Chino's next door. They always have a weird selection of pipes and obscure drug supplements (I wish they had more like they used to) like kratom gum. Recently, I quit smoking cigarettes and decided to buy an e-cig. It was $40, which was cheaper than wherever my friend went to get the same brand, paying $70. The guy helped me pick out a decent fluid, vegetable oil over the synthetic fluid and then showed me how to set up the e-cig out of the box. He gave me a complete rundown and really made me feel comfortable with this thing (it was my first one) before I left the store. I asked about their return policy before I even swiped my card (a good tip to keep in mind at stores like these) but I think I understand what I did enough to give this place a nice thumbs up. read more

So first of all Theres a toddler in the store(not ok but minds business and continues shopping m) I pick out what i want still no request of my ID + rings me up waits for payment still no request for my ID and then as I pull out my debit card then and ONLY then he asks me for my ID obivous this man wasn't concerned about my legal age to buy the tobacco product but more so concerned with payment. Stay away from this place. As A new customer, I purchased over $300.00 worth of Vaping items. One mod that I bought quit working after 2 months. I brought it in today, and the Manager wasn't willing to replace it. He said I needed to deal with the manufacture, even though I had the receipt. WOW, you are willing to loose a new customer that just spent over $300.00, over A $50.00 defective Mod? I will never spend 1 dime in this place again. So much for customer satisfaction. I own my own business, and would have warrantied this item with a smile on my face and kept a good customer for life. (I know the manufacture would at least have a 90 day warranty available to them). I should have used my better judgement when I originally went into this place, and every employee had guns strapped to there sides, that it was probably not a well run business. Zerona is the shit. As a broke college student, this place is great. Prices aren't bad with a wide selection. Additionally, the staff is fantastic. Matt today spend a good 20 mins with me looking at grinders, which I ended up passing on, and small pieces. I ended up spending less than 20 dollars yet Matt took the time to go over different ones with me and made sure I left happy. He even noticed some off-coloring on a piece I chose, something I would have never even noticed, and offered me one without the discoloring. Kudos to Matt and the rest of the Zerona team. read more

I started vaping 5 months ago and this was the first place I went. They got me all set and explained everything. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I love their house juice, my favorite place to go...until yesterday! I bought a new mod kit an eleaf istick 40 for $89.99. When I got home I just wanted to read up on it and found it way cheaper $40 cheaper. So I called and the owner would not talk to me had his employee tell me he said this one was higher quality than those. There is not another eleaf 40 istick out there how could it be a better quality? So I went in the next day to show him what I found online. I seen him coming out of the back room and he seen me and smiled, then walked back and closed the door. I waited for the employee to finish up with her customer and said I needed to talk to the owner. After waiting 5 minute another employee came out, I think her name is Jessica she is very nice. She told me he had to leave and there was nothing he could do this one is a better than the ones online. After she and I talked and I showed her what I found she thought maybe it was the others were just the battery with no tanks. I said that would make sense. What doesn't make sense is why the owner would not talk to me???? I am by far not a bitchy customer. I did check with a few vape shops and Jessica was right. Why did he say it was better, its not better it just came with a tank. I would think the owner would want to talk to me and explain things, not just run the other way. (they do have a price match that I didn't even know about) In the last 5 months I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars there. Time to find me a new vape shop. So sad :( read more
