My worst nightmare came into play a few days ago. None of my pens worked no matter how long I kept each of them in a battery. I didn't know whether or not it was the cartridge or the pen. And the ones I did have I lost and spent most of the day looking for them. Zerona's saved the day for me. It's not too far from where I live and also has a wonderful selection from which to choose. Tala served me. She not only provided me with what I needed, and more, but she made it a fun experience. Also very knowledgeable. The staff at this vape shop is amazing! They have such a large selection of disposable vapes! I went to Cloud Slingers prior to coming here, I had a terrible experience, I was sold a defective product and then was told i could not exchange the defective product and it wasn't their problem. That experience brought me to Zeronas! DO NOT GO HERE NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY OR TIME! I purchase a vector combat torch for $35 Plus tax. On 8/22/2020 and it started leaking fluid just a couple of days after purchase. So with receipt in hand I went back to exchange it because it hasn't even been a week. they refused they try to make me buy a new one and pay the $10 shipping fee instead of just exchanging my product I spent my last $40 on. No it is not their fault that it was my last $40 of the month but it is their fault that their product did not work and they did not guarantee their product. He told me there was a warranty through vector that I had a go through them when they should have a purchase warranty within a week I should be able to exchange it. I am a single mom with four children who all have Health needs and I am very sick myself. I used the last of my money to help me with my pain. This is a terrible company to purchase from. Your time and money is not worth going into this store. The customer service was very poor and the man was very rude. He says why am I complaining since there is a warranty but I have to pay to have it shipped and have to buy a new one and I have to wait for it to be mailed out so that's the issue . Jerk read more

The dude who answered the phone when I requested to know the price of the five pack backwoods we can't give price over the phone he said I will that's not a good customer service. I didn't understand why he wouldn't give me the price I said well that decides if I come and shop or not or I go somewhere else and he says well I can tell you what I know what they go for like eight something I said oh well yeah that's too much. I found six him and I'm going to their shop so maybe you should tell your owner that he should change his rules and maybe lower his price and fire you who answered the phone and told me to fuck off at the end of my call because I suggested that and explained why I was asking and calling for pricing being though, there's only a few shops open at this time. I'm going to is actually 4 miles away and the shop was 2 1/2 and I am driving to the 4 mile one because of the price and because of courtesy so I don't need to shop where they have a bad attitude and just because they can't take positive criticism and some thing a customer is explaining to them why I'm inquiring calling their store at this time, he's telling me he's not able to quote me a price on backwoods five pack I don't think that's against the law and that's not it a good employee rule over the phone not to be able to give pricing of the products no one's going to come they're going to end up closing dude whoever's answering the phone at night. I was at Zerona today with my husband. We purchased the Atmos Raw vaporizer, after the owner opened up the package, made sure everything was there, and showed me how to use it. $100. The vaporizer did not work at all how it's supposed to. It is not a true vaporizer, it burns. My husband promptly called the store and talked to the owner about their return policy. No returns. For a product that you just sold us that doesn't work at all. They won't even do store credit. The owner just went around and around about how it isn't his problem. So now we're out $100. TRASH SERVICE - Walked up to there pull up service seeing as COVID 19 is in effect and you can't go into the store... Needed to find a coil for my tank, lady took the coil and went inside the store... I sat and waited for about 15 min, and finally she came back out and said they couldn't find the coil I was looking for, no problem.. went about my day.. until I tried to fire my vape and hit was not working at all. I drove back to this shop, asked what had she done and I was told "I literally just unscrewed the coil. Don't know what to tell you man, not my fault." So, now I have a non working vape with zero clue as to what happened, and I could not get anything back for it . Absolutely terrible, went to get some coils and the rung up at a higher price then they should have been. WTH why is this even a thing? And the next day when I go to put a new coil in I'm missing 1 from one box and 2 from the other box. I'm missing half my coils???? Why was this not checked and why are they even taking coils out these boxes??? Don't go here, screw you over. Update: I told the person over the phone that I would be in later for the missing coils. When I woke from a nap I had two missed calls. One looks like the shop and one the shop owner. Don't know why I'm getting a call to begin with when I said I would be in later. Felt weird. Went in and showed the woman what had happened and walked out quickly with the other 3 coils. Didn't care to ask why I was originally rang up at a higher price or why there were coils missing originally. New people make mistakes I get that but still doesn't really explain the two issues. I've gone here twice now in the past month. Each time I asked for a specific product. The guy grabbed it from the shelf/display case so confidently that he MUST have gotten it right, right? WRONG! Both times, after I arrived home 15-20 mins later, I discover that the guy gave me the wrong product. First product was the wrong color. The second product had the wrong ohms on a box of vape cartridges I bought(@ $25). It's frustrating when you drive somewhere to purchase something just to get home and find out that it's not what you asked for. I now have to decide if I go back and try to get a refund (even though the sign says no refunds!! I'm sure I'll be denied...), stop going here altogether or quality check their work on everything I try to purchase from there. Reminds me of trying to order at a fast food restaurant. When I came back in my office the desk was covered with water and the top half had cracked right around the neck, following the swirl line of the glass. No chip, no knock, no nothing, just broke. While the employees are nice and very helpful, and the store is nice and convenient, I've purchased the Extra vaps recently and two out of the four I've purchased have had a burnt like taste after a couple days. The vaps still have life but I believe there's something wrong with how they're being made. Since it's a new product, they may be making them cheaper now. The manager was such a bully to me, it was awful. I asked for a specific item and the individual gave me the wrong one, I tried returning the unopened package for a trade in for the correct package and the manager told me there's no way in hell he will ever help me, his words, not mine. I then told the manager that it's not an issue, I will just charge it off at the bank because it's not the correct one and he said if I do that then he will be showing the bank that I purchased it. This company is shady if you ask me, they gave the wrong one and now I'm paying for it and when I politely ask how this can be rectified he chewed me out. I didn't even do anything wrong! During this pandemic, I know businesses are hurting so it makes me feel bad to leave a horrible review but I was straight up bullied you guys. I have never been treated so poorly from a company before. I called back to get a clear response and the manager took the phone off the hook after hanging up on me.
