Visited the shop over the weekend because going off the photos, it looked like they had some variety in juice brands..... The shelves were basically empty, the employee was suuuuper high.... somewhere in space, and he mentioned to me that they could mix juice in house.... Which was a small station set up in the front... in the open, in a un-controlled and not sanitary environment. Been going here for 7 yrs now. The woman at the front of the store has been nice in the past and I asked for a recommendation recently for a new set up and she had told me she received great responses about the VooPoo drag S. I bought it and within the first week it started misfiring and the metal underlying the device began burning and changing colors. I called less than 2 weeks after purchase to describe the issues and her first response was: "We don't carry the VooPoo, it was unpopular so we stopped buying it." I let her know that it was she who recommended it and she said well that's because everyone who bought it loves it. ...odd they stopped buying it if that's the case. I said well I don't want another one this one has been giving me issues and I was looking to swap it out. She told me that all sales are final. I said but it is a defective item, the metal is burning and the juice is leaking. She became incredibly unprofessional and started cursing over the phone using profanities and saying I should have brought it in sooner. I mentioned that I didn't think it was a big deal and had a lot going on in my personal life so I thought I'd handle it over the weekend. I mentioned red star vapor offers a 30 day money back guarantee if the vape doesn't work out for any reason. Her response was "I don't give a fuck about Red Star Vapor this is Haus of Vapors and your not fucking grasping that I can't do anything for you, you should have come in sooner than 13 days later." 7 years of business down the toilet. Trust is earned over a lifetime and lost in an instant. In this instant, this employee made me lose all my trust this business had acquired in 7 yrs of purchases. She said that she would have had to take a 40$ loss on reimbursement and that is not okay. But what about your customer? I just have to take that loss because you recommended a terrible product that less than two weeeks later you admittedly stopped selling because it sucked so bad? This was your recommendation. Just moved here from California, and a lot of vape shops in Arizona are kind of whatever, but this shop is super clean, has over 200 flavors and 70 flavors from their Haus juice. They're pretty competitive with their pricing, they offer 100% warranty on all their products, which is great since I get many defects. The staff is wonderful, they're open till 10pm everyday, if you really need something they don't carry they will special order it just for you. They have awesome TVs for menus and have sports on. One star is too nice for this place . I was out on vacay from Cali and decided to get a new vape. I got the smok v8 kit. Let me tell you , this product is a piece of crap. The oil would leak out within 20 Mins. I got ed up. And now that I decided to contact the company for replacement, I did download their app and just scanned the qr code, guess what did it say, this is not a smok product!! Counterfeit !! Owner tried to convince me that the EXP on a liquid I purchased stood for manufacture date. Said they never expire. Asked him to show me another bottle and the EXP was for 2019. Amazing shop, this is my style, smells good, best customer service ever. I've had issues with my Mipod for a while, they gave me a brand new one no problem and convinced me to buy a new mic salt flavor they had and tossed me 2 extra cartridges so I had 4 new cartridges since the new mipod already comes with 2. Yes, they sell premium juices, but their prices line up with other vape shops (even online stores). This is true for juice as well as vapes. I'm pretty new to vaping, and don't know a lot about how it works. They are always very patient and informative, they don't try to rush you out. This vape shop is close to my home and that always is a big deal for me. Who wants to spend 25 min in the car driving in traffic to a dirty little smoke shop? They never have any good flavors and can't let you try anything before buying it. Most of the time you can not bring back a failing smoker. The best part about this place is Andrew the owner. He is very sweet and sincere trying to figure out which smoker and juice is best for you. I appreciate him not rushing me and the prices may be a bit higher but the quality is better. The only reason I gave them four stars is the rest of the staff. They have ranged from somewhat rude to indifferent. Nothing like Andrew. Try star struck watermelon so good new fav flavor. read more
