As soon as the sub making began I was given a slip yo take to the register so the cashier could ring up my order correctly. After a short while they said could they make another sub because one of the employees made a mistake and put grilled peppers on my sub. I said no big deal we all make mistakes from time to time but all you have to do is make it right with the customer and they made it right. I started to leave off a star because of it but I said to myself. " why would I do that because they made a slight error between them when preparing my sub "?... so five stars the the employees at Jersey Mike's subs!!!.. they also was kind enough to give me two tickets for a free chips and drink when ordering a sub, so again kudos to them for making the right sub wrong but in the same breath they made it right times 2!!!.. I will also add the fact that I was the only customer in the store gave off a very relaxed vibe which you hardly ever experience when there are other customers in the store! I will definitely be back here again because I really enjoyed the experience they gave me. Outstanding customer service, hands down!!!.. You know since leaving Brooklyn NY it has been hard to find a good sandwich and I will say this place has the next best thing!
