Kibbe was good, and the cashier was very friendly. Chicken Arabie sandwich was so awful. Soggy bread, greasy, and quite honestly very unappetizing. Disappointed to say the least. I have a tendency to romanticize. It's in my nature and when it comes to food...especially exotic food...I go all out with the feels. Let me just say that there is absolutely nothing romantic about this place whatsoever. It's in a little strip mall, it's a mostly to go place, no beaches or the sea at your feet. That being said, the flavor of the chicken schwarma salad totally transported me to Santorini. It's a huge and filling salad with tender and oh so flavorful chicken topped on an amazing bed of their feta salad. It's so big I had it for lunch and dinner the day I stopped by. It's served with a warm pita as well. Perfect! Although I'm not lucky enough to live in Greece, I do have Zues Express, and that's good enough for me! read more

Been here a couple of times now. Gyro's are oddly one of my favorite meals, so I was very happy to see there are good amount of these places in Lafayette. What I'm a bit disappointed to see is the quality. While I can eat here and tell you it's decent, I've definitely had better. So far I've had the combo platter and the gyro. The gyro meat itself is decent and moist, it's lacking a stronger flavor that I like. Portion wise it's about what I've seen for this area, and frankly I would expect more at the price point. The larger size seems like a waste to me. The chicken schwarma was OK. The flavor itself was on point, not too salty or greasy (as I have definitely had) but a bit dry for my liking. The salad it comes with is a joke. That's all I can say for it. Value wise I'd go somewhere else, but I'm nearby and my options are slim in this department if I'm craving a gyro. read more

This place will satisfy your craving for Mediterranean but is nothing to write home about to be honest. The chicken is ALWAYS dry. I never feel like it's worth the money, for the price you are paying the portions should be larger. Hummus is ok, pita is ok (pretty sure it isn't fresh), lamb is good and salads are usually soggy. I've given this places plenty of chances since it is close to my house . I will never return here agian . It is a hit or miss with this location . The hits aren't even that great when you do get something that is decent to eat. The misses are absolutely the worst. Simply put it taste like there is some type of cleaning product mixed with there food . For the price it is not worth it . I encourage you to skip this place unless you feel like being disappointed . THEY ALSO DONT WEAR GLOVES while making your food . So if you do decide to try it out you will see there bare hands touching your food then you will get to experience what I'm speaking of . I don't know why I keep trying this place , but every other month or so I'll give it a try and always disappointed!!! They don't seem to care that the meat is rarely hot and and almost always very dry . Also the salad averages $ 9.00 and the portion size is saaaad for that price . As much as I love Greek , I'll go to their Johnston street location , ALWAYS PERFECT!!! Tried this place once and quickly went back to our favorite Greek place. The gyros are tiny and lacked flavor. I am a small woman that doesn't eat much at once, I ate my entire meal and was hungry an hour and a half later. My children quickly ate their kids' meals and were still hungry. I had to go home and cook another meal. This place is a waste of time and money. The staff was nice and it was clean but the food is lacking and 'meals' too small to bother with. I don't know if they are trying to save money by being stingy on the meat? Do yourself a favor and try the other awesome Greek places in Lafayette, this one is a waste of money. read more
