This was also the third time we had a quote done because this company could never seem to get the scheduling correct. However, Mike had no problem finding the house when he knew my fiancée was there. Part of being a business owner is owning when you are in the wrong. In no way shape or form were we trying to get a free cleaning, as a matter of fact we offered for you all to come over and see the terrible job so we could pay you what you thought it was worth, but you refused to come to the house to evaluate that. The house was empty and not dirty we just wanted a deep clean since other people lived there before us. Thinking I would get a super clean house at the deep cleaning price, I was disappointed. At best we got a standard clean and that was after I had them return a second time. I still had to come in and clean the outsides of the cabinets, the walls and baseboards before we moved in. I think the most upsetting part was that I didn't get a call or message apologizing the first time I addressed my concern. The second time they cleaned I never got a message or call telling me they had finished or asking if I was satisfied with the final result. The only communication I received from them was an invoice to pay. I really believe that good customer service goes a long way in this day and age. I would have been more impressed that they called and cared. I would have been able to put aside the cleaning job itself if I would receive a phone call or message. It's a shame because I would have used them for a cleaning service on our short term rental home. But they lost my business. Not just on the bad cleaning job(twice,) but mostly on bad customer service.

Her employee scraped the kitchen cabinets above our stove with a scraping implement that removed the finish, and they also poured or squirted some sort of liquid in our sink that stained the metal. Kayla's "solution" to damaging our cabinets was to send to our home the father of one of her employees, who is some sort of handyman but does not know how to finish cabinets. He said that there was no way he could repair the damage properly and match the color of our custom cabinets. Instead, we ended up having to hire a cabinet company to sand and refinish our cabinets, and when we tried to discuss with Kayla that her company was responsible for covering the cost of the cabinet repair, she refused. She actually told me that we could afford to pay for the repair, and she couldn't, so we should be the ones to pay. She also said that I should sue her employee to try to recoup our cost. Then she hung up on me. We also haven't been able to remove the stain from our sink and are just hoping it will fade over time. In addition, she bills by the hour, and her crew did not stick to the list of cleaning priorities that I provided. They instead did unnecessary and unrequested things first, such as organize our 10-year-old son's desk, rather than prioritizing cleaning the floors first as requested. This resulted in the cleaning taking more time than we agreed to pay for, and we were billed for the extra time.

They were quick, did an outstanding job of cleaning the carpets and when I got the bill it was less than half what I would have thought (maybe a third?). Perfect job.
