Easy to get in and out of with trailers in tow. Fuel prices that day: Unleaded (87 octane) = $3.04 Unleaded Plus (89 octane) = $3.34 Super Unleaded (91 octane) = $3.64

At one area they have gasoline pumps & a short distance away are the diesel pumps with moderate space for big rigs. Fuel prices as of 7/26/2024: Regular Unleaded Octane 84 = $3.20 Extra Unleaded Octane 89 = $3.50 Supreme Unleaded Octane 91 = $3.80 I didn't have to deal with any employees that day but there is an office building with some sort of dock to the east. During working hours, there is someone from whom to flag down and buy propane.

He smarted off and said, they are all being used. 5 min later, slowing moving employee came out and started cleaning the showers from previous users. After he cleaned 3, he hit some buttons and my number was called. The showers were not being used. They were just not worried about cleaning them and keeping the line moving. Poor customer service

This Allsup's review is mainly for the consistently good service that I get…read more The employees usually greet me when I walk in. If not, it's because they are swamped. At the register they are friendly and fast. I'm usually here to pick up a case of beer or lotto scratchers for my kids when they make good grades. Oh, and their 10-lb. bags of ice. The last one I got was under $2.50. Also, this is the cheapest gas on this side of town. The lowest I've seen it within about a year's time was back in December 2022 at $2.98 per unleaded gallon. The self-serve Alon gas station itself is fairly large. Diesel is available in both the car area plus there is a separate area for big rigs. Nearby is a decent park called Del Norte Park with a dog park on the east side. I said decent. It's gone downhill a bit, but I still walk my brother's dog there. Also next door is a car wash with self-serve stations, two drive-thru automatic stations, and a dog wash area. There really needs to be more cross walks in this area for the influx of pedestrians. So be careful of jaywalkers!

There were only four pumps at this Exxon gas station if I recall correctly…read more My pump was sluggish. The pump on the other side of mine was out-of-service. What a travesty when that happens. Regular unleaded was $3.50 per gallon on 9/12/2023. This is oil and gas country yet we still pay some of the highest rates in the Southwest. While it's not the cheapest fuel in town, it's fairly competitive. There was no window cleaning fluid or squeegee. Trash cans were available, though. I don't even think diesel is offered here. An air pump station is nearby if your tires are low. I always see folks stopped there on the daily. At night, it seems well-lit. Just down the street are the Hobbs sheriff's offices. I often see the local police patrolling this area too. It's just not my go-to fuel station. TIP Fun fact of the day: ExxonMobil is for at least one more year the main sponsor of the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta.

On February 21, 2024, fuel by Alon was $2.90 for unleaded, $3.20 for unleaded plus, and $3.50 for super unleaded. The unleaded here is 87 instead of 86 octane which is at most pumps here in Hobbs, NM. My Jeep manual recommends 87. Big rigs have a separate fueling area on the north side that is accessible from two different entrances. The convenience store has all the basic necessities and the staff members are decent. Restrooms inside. Great pit stop heading east towards Texas or coming back home for me. TIP Open 24-hours a day. Happy Leap Day!
