Took car in to have parking assist camera replaced per recall notice I received at house. They would not fix it b\c they claimed it wasn't on recall (Ford's website says it is). Told them that camera is doing exactly what website says is reason for recall. They offered to fix it for $1,200+. I looked the Ford part up on the website on my phone and it was $48. Asked the guy about it and he gave me a "that's what it costs and we have to order a $700 part. He showed me his phone and it was a different part. Told him, no, I think I'll try myself. I ordered a $40 camera on eBay and it took me 30 minutes to fix myself. Damn thing works perfectly now. Yes, I am happy I saved that money and fixed it myself. However, if this is the kind of markup that these guys make on a simple repair, think of what they do to everyone else for other stuff- especially folks like my mom or other folks, who cant fix their stuff by themselves. read more

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible service team at Ziem's Ford Corners, Inc in Farmington, NM. We found ourselves stranded late in the evening, 2,500 miles from home with a 44 foot Camper/RV when our F350 suffered a major breakdown. Thankfully, Ziem's Ford Corners has a Service Department that operates until midnight. Brittney, our Service Adviser, immediately got us into the service bay (around 8:00 pm) for an initial diagnosis. She promptly shared the mechanics' findings, letting us know that the damage was extensive and would require a complete rebuild of the rear end and significant time to repair. Despite being stranded late at night, Brittney ensured our safe return to our RV and arranged for us to be picked up the following day and returned to the dealership. This allowed us to stay updated on the diagnosis and develop a plan of action. Brittney was truly remarkable! The "day after" Sean Arocha and Mariah stepped in. Mariah diligently kept us informed on the progress, while Sean provided a comprehensive overview of the issue, its cause, and the necessary repairs. His detailed explanations were invaluable. Sean expressed concern about parts delivery, given the rarity of a complete rear-end rebuild, but he committed to expediting the process as much as possible. Realizing the truck wouldn't be ready in a day or two, Sean arranged a car for us to use and kept us updated every step of the way. Unfortunately, one part was on backorder, with an estimated arrival time of over three weeks. Despite checking for the part at several dealerships, we were limited to the back ordered part. Consequently, we cut our vacation short and booked airline tickets for home (and work). Sean went above and beyond by offering to drive us to the airport, 50 minutes away, and agreed to pick us up upon our return. He kept us informed through text messages and phone calls whenever a part arrived. Miraculously, the back-ordered part arrived early, and Sean managed to complete the repairs in record time. He even took the truck for a test drive to ensure smooth operation but noticed a DEF warning. Out of his own pocket, he filled the DEF, explaining, "I knew when you came back, you'd want to get on the road as quickly as possible. It was the least I could do to help." Sean took on the responsibility of repair coordination, customer communication, and overall customer experience as if it were a personal matter. We truly felt like family with the way Sean and Ziem's Ford Corners took care of every detail, keeping us informed and getting us back on the road with minimal inconvenience, and as quickly as possible. My only regret is I do not live closer to Ziem's Ford so they can do all maintenance activities on my truck! read more

I set up an appointment to look at a truck for a monday and put in the application for the said truck. The salesman had finance run my credit score and did not tell the finance that the credit app was for the certain truck. On the day of my appoint I was almost to the company when the salesman called me and told me that the truck was sold after my credit app was ran by the company.. He did not care that I told him that was wrong for the company and him to have my credit checked. He was rude. This will be my last time that I go with this company and also will have my family stop buying from them also. I have purchased 2 trucks from them and family members have purchased vehicles from the company. If you can go elsewhere for the a ford. These people are dishonest. read more

Review for the quick lube. The lube service is available til midnight during the weekdays and gives a 10% discount after 6pm. Both are major pluses in my book. They also service all types of vehicles. I have a Volkswagen, which there is no dealership in town, so I come here. They don't carry my oil filter . But do recommend to stop at the store and bring 1 with the vehicle. I use to love when you could stay in the vehicle during the oil change. But that's in the past. I dropped off my car, went to a game at the high school, then came back and picked the vehicle back up. read more

I wish I could give no stars. I've been patient & understanding but this is literally the worst place to get any service repaired. I need a recall fixed in my car that affects opening my door & now my driver side window will not roll up if rolls down making it an inconvenience during the summer in NM. I called asking if they could help me get my window back up all the way & they told me they didn't have anything until the next week. I again asked how they could fix my window because it's a huge problem not being able to roll it up. Finally the girl I was speaking with "scheduled me" the next week on Wednesday- I asked if there was a cancellation list I could be added to & she replied "yeah that's why we verify the phone number". I said okay, phone call ended. Stressful day. I ended up getting the window back up w luck & pulling the window up myself. I found it suspicious I didn't receive an appt email & had a dread feeling. I called the shop again 2 days before my "scheduled appt" & they couldn't pull anything up. Left a voicemail about needing the time for my appt & reiterated the situation. Included that I had an appt. No call. Attempted to call again to schedule an appt- left another voicemail. No call at all. Maybe they need to hire another "scheduling coordinator" because it is impossible to schedule an appt within a reasonable timeframe and it's inconvenience you CANNOT schedule online either. All of this pushed me to switch car companies when I decided to change vehicles for the better. I understand all the "Ford" jokes now. read more

don't come here with a nice car. i feel a lot of jealousy when I walked in. came here with my own 2 tires to get them swapped out. they did the tire swap and tried to program the tire sensors without telling me. as soon as I left the drive way my ABS came on so took it back and everyone started blaming me for taking off a little too hard. I guess. they tried to just clear the codes without fixing anything. now abs light and traction lights are on. the master mechanic told me to take it somewhere else. very "professional" read more

Bought a used Subaru Outback on eBay from Ziems and the process was positively seamless. I received a phone call from Michell practically within minutes of submitting my offer, emailed/texted information to get the process going, and flew to Durango from Denver to pick up the vehicle. The payment process was hassle-free. Upon landing at Durango Airport, I was met by two representatives from Ziems; we went through the paperwork and then they handed the keys over to my "new" Outback. The car itself was better than advertised and I enjoyed a smooth-as-silk drive back to Denver. I imagine buying a new vehicle through these folks is probably a similar process. I've bought two other cars on eBay and multiple others through private party or dealers and never had an experience as positive and uneventful as from Michell at Ziems. read more

Ford repair crew, please explain before hand about inspection process and notify the costumer if they well be driving their vehicle with no molding and looking unpleasant. First hand, I did call to check if the parts were there, "Yes we have the parts, just need to schedule an appointment." Okay, can I schedule tomorrrow, "No, were blocked intel after the 21st." Okay, what date is good, "We can schedule you on the 21st at 1pm" Okay, that works, thank-you. Then the day comes, was told to drive in, and call you when its done. Get a call that it's done and keys are at cashier. Go there, ladies at the cashier couldn't locate the paperwork for it, they whisper amoung themselves and I hear them say "OH, it the car they were talking about" Like what happen, she gives the keys to the guy to drive around. I wait outside for it. I was overwhelmed when I seen it come around. No explanation given, just was told to speak to a manager. I sure did, he had no clue what was going on. The guy that did it had story after story going around the problem. Manager walked off. I was so mad. They just told me to call ford costumer service. No help their either. Parts are back order for six months. I wished they said that be before hand. They left me with a unpleasant looking vehicle which I fear might cause issues because they exposed the body and other parts. I was told that my tire would be looked at while I was getting my oil changed by the tire guy. After I got my car they said they looked at my tire nothing was wrong but I had specifically expressed my tire kept running out of air. Nothing they found nothing. I then took it over to tread works where it took them less than an hour to remove a nail and path the whole in my tire. I was very disappointed that when I spend a lot of money on my car from this dealer ship they can't even find the problem and them just skim over it. My dad usually gets all his vehicles serviced here and they are usually prompt and do what's asked. I so happen to be in the area to drop my dad off to pick up his car from being services. I suddenly have a flat and pulled into the parking lot to get out of traffic. I did notice employees come and go and one big "navajo" guy moving a blue mustang drives right past me nearly scraping my car as I am trying to change my tire. Not one person stopped to ask of we were ok, if I needed any assistance or needed to alert anyone. They all walked past me and just stood and looked on as I did successfully change my tire and load the flat into the trunk of my car. With this experience with just the general concern I doubt I would buy a Ford, especially from Ziems. As for my dad's car, they bought an aftermarket part that is no longer available (thinking it's the problem) and even with the suggestion that his fuel pump needs to be replaced. The car was not ready, after another day total day's in the shop 8 days to replace a fuel pump. read more

The good folks at Ziems Ford service center got my family back on the road when we needed it most. My 7.3 diesel radiator blew up on the way to Albuquerque and their service department was open until midnight and got our truck fixed the same day. But that was only the beginning. They went the extra mile and helped fix some trailer wiring that was a bit sketchy and got us back out safely and ready to finish the second half of our move to Texas. Thanks guys! I first took my F-150 in for a recall on the transmission, when that went good I then went back for an additional issue. My headlights would turn off if I turned on the High beams, then come back on when I turned them back on dim. The "check in" guy and I thought it was a multi-function switch that was out. They put in a new one and still didn't fix the headlights. Took it back to Dustin and he did a trouble shoot and come to find out it was both headlights were burnt out!!!!! He replaced them without charging me again and all is working AWESOME!!!! Dustin really took good care of me, I really appreciate it. I always took my vehicles to Don Chalmers in Rio Rancho, but have recently moved to Aztec. So glad to see the service here is good and don't have to travel to Rio Rancho to get that one-on-one personal touch. Thanks Dustin! read more

This Oct, 2020, my family and I were were stranded in Durago with our RV, with transmission warning lights on and shifting malfunctions. The Ford dealer there would not touch it, the great folks at Ziems in Farminton saved us. Even though they do not have the equipment to work on RVs, they allowed us to come there, under warranty (we bought it elsewhere), they diagnosed it and were able to fix it by the next day, under warranty. This speaks volumes about Ford, and especially this Ford dealer. The entire experience was awesome. read more

I came here to buy a new car, and all they ran my credit about 5 times putting hard inquiries on my credit that will take 2 years to come off. I would have not agreed with this if they would have told me that. These things cause other problems when doing things and needing credit. All they want to do here is sell you a vehicle at any cost. Service Department is horrible. I have a broken latch on my passenger door. It will not stay shut. It is currently held in place by a tie down. This is a recall issue from a defective part. I go in to ask them to order the part. Takes a couple days to get the part in. No problem. But they can not fit me in to their schedule for 11 days. Did I mention I have a toddler that rides in the back seat that I would not want to fall out in the next 11 days because of fords defective door latch? Not my problem that you are 19 jobs behind mister head of the service department. Also not my problem that you will not get any income from this repair since it is a recall. I asked there is anything he could do he said, you could try going to Durango or Cortez. Wow. read more

Took my 2011 F450 to the quicklane for an oil change. I travel full time pulling a 18K pound 5th wheel all over the USA and Canada and I always try to go to a Ford Quicklane. I've been to dozens of them and I have a new best experience ever at this location. It was quick, they had a team of 3 techs going over the truck all at once. One in the pit draining oil, changing in the filter, lubing the tie rods and checking the fluid levels in both differentials and the transfer case. All bulbs checked, brakes checked, underhood fluids checked, batteries load tested, tires inspected and air added as needed... on and on... Most thorough job I have ever gotten and the price was cheeper than most.. Wow I was impressed. read more

My husband bought a car here and everything was so rushed. I was so upset that they basically pressured him into buying a car without telling him everything involved. They took his down payment and gave him the car. They had him do a bunch of paperwork signing but never explained the interest, the registration of the vehicle since we lived out of state, or anything else (but they did offer an extended warranty for a certain amount more each month). When I bought my car (at a different dealership), everything was explained to me, they registered the car for me, and even followed up with me. The only time we got a call from Ziems was when they kept calling and asking when we were going to come in to get the car. Very pushy. Grr I am so angry about this situation (and even my husband for not being patient and asking all the questions he should have)! I will never go here again and definitely will not recommend this place to anyone! read more
