taken same day as oil change after I ran out of wiper fluid on way home.

Got in a minor car accident where I bent a strunt and some other components on my Honda. Being that I have a Honda, Honda was my first choice even tho it was an hour away. They fixed my strunt (for $700+), at the end of the appt they told me that I had a bent subframe and would need a additional thousands of $ of work to get it back into alignment & I should contact my insurance but that I was good to drive. I filed the claim. My insurance didn't want to refund the previously paid $ because there was no photos as proof of the work. But I still thought Honda was the best bet to work on my car to I tried to contact the manager Damon multiple times over the course of a few weeks to proceed with them as my Collision center, and never heard back. I decided to take my vehicle elsewhere and they determined Honda had completely mis diagnosed my car. There was NOTHING wrong with my subframe (a costly fix) and immediately determined my car had a bent knuckle which could've led to a bad accident as they are apparently very fragile. How Honda did not see the bent arm/knuckle right next to the strut (I was there for 6+ hours) they were working on and jumped to needing a new subframe I'm not sure. Especially since they sent me on my way driving a dangerous vehicle that the other shop found immediately. I called Honda and they offered to make it up to me with a oil change and car detail on the house. Drove the hour to the shop, and spent 7 hours killing time while my car was worked on only to run out of windshield wiper fluid on my way home from the oil change, it was stated on my receipt that all fluids were topped but as you see it took almost a full bottle. Car started acting funny about 2 weeks after, so I checked the oil and it didn't even reach the first dot as pictured. They also didn't give me the sticker for the reminder date which I heavily rely on. Damon the manager was the one overseeing the work this day as well. Took over 13 pictures of things left unclean from the "detail" the same day I left the shop. When I reached out about their quality of work, I was told I should buy more oil and top it off and that they owe me nothing more because I brought it in on a Saturday and that is their busy day so things were missed. I will also add, my TPMS light was on and I asked if they could check this for me, they said they would have to charge me to check a light with takes all of 5 mins. The guys at Discount Tire were literally laughing when I told them this since it was SO easy to do, considering I did spend over $700 with them I didn't think this was a big favor to ask. Honestly Walmart does a better more thorough job for an oil change and it's half the price. Between the huge mis diagnosis (a subframe is WAY more expensive/intensive aka more labor charges for them- to replace than a knuckle and arm) and sub par work with lack of accountability I would not recommend this business, but the pictures speak for themselves. Brandon was the only one that remained kind, understanding and helpful but he can only do so much.

I should add they didn't even charge me for the work they did. I never have to worry about them being ethical, or competent. Special thanks to Shawnicee and Al, and much appreciation for the excellent team of technicians they have working there.

She was told they couldn't find the problem but turned off the check engine light...WOW!! On top of that, they do interlocks and I helped someone load their car on a trailer and haul it down to have the interlock coded because they were locked out and didn't make it in time (paid in time/but car has to be recoded)...so we called because on my maps it showed we would arrive at 401. We called and Al said 4 pm no exceptions. Ok, so I pick up speed and got wobbly, about lost my truck and trailer with the car-showed up at 359, he walked in the door at 4pm and was denied...WOW!! Two seconds to recode car and they refuse, saying 4 pm is cutoff, well it's 4pm and I'm standing here now (at the point it was 402 because he came out and said that two people ahead of him, and than he walked back in and walked out and said they said come back tomorrow). So 4 pm is not the cutoff, maybe 359!! If this was the case I would've turned around at 358 instead of continuing another 300 feet!! /utterly ridiculous!! On top of all of that, they have shorted the car out 4 times in 10 months-charging $85 each time this happens, on top of the monthly $87 fee...so scam artists!! Yes!!! Good business, NO!! I usually brush stuff off but the receptionist was exceptionally RUDE and argued with me saying it was after 4 pm, well maybe the second time he walked in. Either way, you see someone there on time, who had to go to great lengths bringing a car on a car trailer and so RUDE. This is not the way to conduct business and I'll be honest, I know someone who does this for a living and I called and asked him who was the cheapest to go to-he told me Al's, but he also said, he was a snake...Wow, now I know what he means. I knew after the first two "shorts" to charge and extra $85!! To do this to people that are already struggling with court fees, probation costs and you know they're not doing great in life if they're dealing with a DWI/DUI. Pay the extra $10 and go to a different interlock place-also as a mechanic -I wouldn't bring a lawn mower to them, they can't even figure out how to fix an air flow sensor when the check engine light told them exactly what the problem was!! If you need a mechanic, I found one-Bryant Motorsportz-call Billy at 505-860-6792 and he will help you without ripping you off!! ALS is a RIPOFF!!!

The Ford dealership did a quote, but they didn't work with my insurance (progressive). They said the only worked with Star Collison. Not a problem I thought. In both quotes I needed an entire new bed side. I dropped my truck off and pretty much kept it. I am a Service-Connected Disabled Veteran (getting to that later). I knew they had to order a bed side and other parts underneath and remove the bed. I was in a rental for 4 weeks. Apparently, they just kept the vehicle until the parts arrived. Which made me angry. Me and my wife called Ryan (no idea what his title is) I explained I was frustrated and what the holdup was. He said just waiting on parts and I told him I knew that but why did it take (then 3 weeks) to get parts. I also told him I have PTSD and was a service-connected veteran and he just laughed on the phone. I kid you not. I just had to leave it and hope for the best. Got news my truck was ready and me and my wife went down to pick it up. I checked the gaps. and They were ok. Paint was a bit wavy but it's a black truck and I let it go. 5 weeks into having my truck I had a first car wash. I noticed a chunk of paint missing near the rear tire. Yep, bare aluminum. Called my wife and she spoke to Ryan again and said they would schedule it to be repaired. Aluminum is hard to paint I get it but when Ryan looked at it he said he would warranty the paint. Like it was the paint's fault for not adhering to the aluminum. I am not a dummy. Still no repaint schedules. That paint flaking off was in May 11th. Still no reschedule, not that I would trust it. Paint and work are warrantied for a year. Says all you need to about their entire business. Included picture of the damage before repair and the flaking. Granted the paint is dirty in the last picture

Title: Reflective Review on Webb Toyota's Customer Service and Product Fulfillment…read more This is a comprehensive review intended to shed light on my recent experience with Webb Toyota. In July 2023, I made the decision to acquire a 2023 model of the Toyota Highlander. As part of this acquisition, an essential trailer hitch was installed onto the vehicle at an additional cost of $1000. Upon initial utilization of this feature, it came to my attention that several crucial elements were non-operational - these included brake lights, backup lights, running lights amongst others; rendering the situation considerably perilous due to compromised vehicular safety. I reached out directly to Matt Beach-- their Sales Manager -- striving for resolution or some form of rectification; sadly without any reply via email, text, or phone correspondence. I live approximately two hours away from their dealership, and going there in person poses hardships which could could have been avoided with just minimal diligence from the Webb Toyota Service Department Further independent investigation into this matter took place recently by involving a separate trailer dealership who immediately identified issues stemming from lack of a converter necessary for power distribution toward the trailer lighting system. The unforeseen shortcomings originating from dealings with unqualified personnel employed by Webb Toyota instigated dangerous circumstances as well as contradicted the company's professed motto proclaiming-- "We are The Can Do Dealer." Astonishingly, prior to releasing the vehicle to me, there appeared to have been no testing done to determine whether the lighting worked. I would have certainly thought that the technicians at Webb would have verified whether the system worked prior to releasing a new vehicle to me. Where was the dealerships commitment to customers' safety satisfaction. My experiences reflect nothing more than bitter disappointment and certainly tainted my faith in them. I'm sure this review will generate another "canned response" like we are sorry and are diligently looking into the matter
