I regret investing $7,000 to ultimately be in constant pain again. I want to update my original review because I feel it is important for anyone reading it today to know how my experience ultimately unfolded. When I originally wrote this review, I genuinely believed this treatment had changed my life. Before treatment with Dr. Gertner, I felt helpless, disconnected from my body, and had zero motivation. I was only 27 years old and had been living every day with chronic neck pain, joint and nerve pain, and constant fatigue. Despite sleeping 8 hours a night, my energy was nonexistent. I had seen countless specialists and chiropractors, desperately looking for answers, but none of them could pinpoint the cause of my symptoms. After being told repeatedly that because my blood work was normal, there was supposedly nothing wrong with me, I began to feel like I was crazy and slowly accepted that pain as my new reality. Then I found upper cervical chiropractic treatment. From my very first phone call with Dr. Gertner, I felt hopeful. He reassured me that he had heard these symptoms before and was confident he could help. After my consultation, I felt validated and believed I had finally found the answer I had been searching for.
