We ended buying a BDI entertainment cabinet for about $2300, but then needed it quickly. Michael explained their trucks were already scheduled but he would find a way to get our cabinet to us by the end of the following week...and he did! The delivery guys were incredibly polite and extremely careful. The cabinet looks beautiful and the whole experience was VERY positive. They actually sent someone out here show me how to use the lights. I had them install landscape lighting. I have been dealing with contractors that don't show up that overpromise and under deliver. I originally wrote a positive review back in July of 2025 as it related to our experience with the…read moreinstallation of a light package by this company after replacing our lanai cage. During the process, Zach Steele, mentioned a maintenance package that not only covered the lanai lights but lights on our property as well which we agreed to. During the recent/first maintenance visit, the timer was not re-set correctly and the lights were on all night. This resulted in phone calls to the company but the piece' de resistance was a return phone call to my husband from owner, Jeff Steele. In all of my years, I have not overheard such rude and unprofessional comments from an owner basically belittling innuendoes accusing us of taking advantage of a situation, being dishonest, etc. I have years of experience in dealing with many businesses and "best practices" as Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce. Not only was the owner way out of line but reneged on the maintenance agreement saying that they do not service lights that they didn't install, all this after the fact. In looking at some of the other reviews, I am in agreement with Han Smelker, who echoed the same sentiments indicating that the owner called him a liar as well. Behavior like this does not behoove one's business and will ultimately be reflective of such.
