This location also has two exits; an elderly couple wanted to get checked out on the other side of the store where the exit was, but the staff told them they needed to go to the other side of the store to get checked out, even though they had a register on this side but nobody to staff it. When I used to work retail we would go out of our way to help customers that were elderly because it was not a short walk. To see At Home not even care and have the minimum amount of staff working at the location was really disappointing. With Home Goods and other retail stores being in the area, I'll likely not be back.

We ended buying a BDI entertainment cabinet for about $2300, but then needed it quickly. The delivery guys were incredibly polite and extremely careful. The cabinet looks beautiful and the whole experience was VERY positive.
