When I used to work retail we would go out of our way to help customers that were elderly because it was not a short walk. To see At Home not even care and have the minimum amount of staff working at the location was really disappointing. With Home Goods and other retail stores being in the area, I'll likely not be back.

We ended buying a BDI entertainment cabinet for about $2300, but then needed it quickly. Michael explained their trucks were already scheduled but he would find a way to get our cabinet to us by the end of the following week...and he did! The delivery guys were incredibly polite and extremely careful. The cabinet looks beautiful and the whole experience was VERY positive.
