My snowblower came back missing parts and the head assembly was cracked. I called to inquire about the condition of my Snowblower and was belittle by the owner who stated that he was rich and didn't need my nixxer money and he didn't care about my problem and suggested i get a lawyer. Is that a thing?…read more First and for most, I imagine that during storms, landscaping/plow companies get crazy busy...and I can't imagine what it is like for the families of those out on the plows all day/night. With that said...it is also their job to be doing that. They get paid to do that. It is currently 9PM after the "big storm" Stella. Though, very disappointing compared to what newscasters had us prepping for, it left behind quite a bit of snow and horribly icy conditions. All of my neighbors and I were outside this afternoon, when the snow turned to rain and sleet. We cleaned off our cars in anticipation for the plows to come through. They didn't come. So far, they briefly made appearances, clearing very little because we never received a time to be prepared for our lots to be cleaned so as a result, they have made attempts to go around vehicles. Our sidewalks haven't been touched...AT ALL. No salt has been dropped on the sidewalks or the lots. Did I mention hat it is 9PM? I called the company and was told that the plows will be here tomorrow. TOMORROW! Awesome. And the people shoveling? Well, I imagine they will arrive around 10-11PM like they did during the last snow storm we had. If you're considering a company to contract for your townhouse/condos....perhaps, you should read this post again and consider other options.

I called NJ Home Maintenance and scheduled an appointment for an appointment. A few short days later they arrived at the house for the estimate. They dropped off a few samples along with an explanation sheet explaining the benefits of each. I was rather surprised by the price which I consider to be more than fair. I hired them on the spot and could not be more pleased. The work performed, punctuality and communication were all without parallel. Speaking as someone who is very meticulous with the maintenance of their home, I can recommend them without reservation. Kudos much thanks.

The original estimate was simple and they are very quick to schedule you and give you an estimated time frame (weather dependent). Overall, they did a great job. I will say, they are a bit on the pricey side compared to other companies in the area. We had gotten an estimate for some powerwashing/roof cleaning and their quote came in the highest so we unfortunately didn't use them for that service. However, they do a fantastic job. I'm sure the quality of their work is there. We just didn't to spend so much money at the time. They also take credit cards which is a plus!

Every spring, we watch our neighbors in Piscataway either DIY or call in mystery sealcoat guys. Results? Hit or miss. But every time we saw a great-looking driveway, it was *always* Klean Seal behind it. The guy's a total pro--like a driveway ninja. He spent more time prepping than sealing (weed whacker, power broom, industrial blower--the works), and when he laid down the sealcoat, it was smooth, sharp, and spotless. No shortcuts, just skills. In and out like a driveway wizard, and it looks amazing. We're never using anyone else. Period.

Communication was excellent. There was always a text providing an update on when they would seal my driveway. The first sunny day after a few days of rain, the driveway was sealed. The gentleman who sealed our driveway was pleasant, professional and did an outstanding job. Very neat. No machines, just hard labor.
